Pros: Good location, easy access to the ski runs, friendly staff, very good service. The hotel has all the necessary facilities to make your vacation enjoyable

Great value, and location for skiing

Pros: Friendly staff. Good dinner included. Felt at home! There is a private sauna, which can be rented at a reasonable price.

A nice ski holiday

Pros: Rooms are warm, big and clean. Breakfast is good. Location is good, even very good, if it's enough snow on the path which connects the hotel to the slope, passing through the forest. It is good to know, that skiing on that path, is not suitable for beginners. Food served at the restaurant is very good. Congratulations to the restaurant's personnel, the lady from the reception and the gentelman in charge of the car park and other administrative tasks, for how they are doing their job, all are very helpful. After all, a very good price-quality ratio.

Cons: Beds could be more comfortable, the ventilation in the bathroom should be improved.

Good value for money, great location. Would stay again

Pros: Everything, the staff could not do enough for us. The food was great. Great traditional home made Bulgarian food.

Cons: The boiler was a bit slower the start

Great cosy place good for skiing

Pros: Great value hotel near the slopes. Dinner and breakfast were great and staff super friendly. The studio size was spacious which made for a more comfortable stay.

Cons: The street in front of the hotel gets really busy with cars trying to come in and go out. It was snowy and it can take you quite some time to access or leave.

A good place

Pros: A good place overall. Rooms are quite spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was very clean and this gave me a good feeling.

Cons: We didn't have hot water in one of the rooms.

Pros: The location was great. The staff was very polite and kind. The rooms are very clear. There is a parking for the guests.

Pros: Relatively close to sky center. Quality/Price ratio was ok.

Cons: One of the receptionists did not know English. Then, when I used Google Translate she couldn't solve the problem and she told me to talk to the manager, the next day. Probably the location does not provide cleaning, because nobody did any cleaning except taking the trash. The lack of enough snow made it a little difficult to get to the slopes. The breakfast was pretty poor. Only basics. Same eggs and low quality sausages. The parking lot and the street in front of the hotel gets very crowded.

Cons: The apartment is not actually an apartment , there is no opcion to use the kichen. The kichen is only decoration.
