Modern and Bright Apartments near Center - FREE PARKING

Pros: Super clean and well equipped. We received detailed instructions in advance so we didn't have any issues when checking in.

All in all, a nice apartment, close to the city center, shopping mall, Lidl, and the metro.

Pros: All in all, the impressions are fine. The apartment is big, spacious, the kitchen is great, everything is new. The building is also new and nice, and you have your own personal garage space for the car. Overall, we are satisfied. Communication is also very fast, which is very important because we are foreigners and we need quick responses.

Cons: Now, what I didn’t like – the check-in to the room is only at 3:00 PM. I asked if we could enter earlier, and the hotel staff told me that we could, but we would have to pay €15 so that the “serious cleaning team” could come earlier. We didn’t want to pay, so we said we would wait according to procedure for that serious cleaning team to prepare the apartment. I would like to ask you if that “serious cleaning team” actually prepares the room the way it looks in the pictures? Thank you.

Pros: Very nice location, nice apartment with free parking in -1 floor and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The bed and the sofa wasn't very good.

Pros: Nicely arranged apartment at good location. Parking facility is excellent. The host even provided some coffee, tea, sugar and cooking oil.

Cons: Make sure you have active roming since the host will send you final instructions just before your arrival. In our case we had international eSIM card which didn't connect automatically and message did not appear immediately.

Cons: 2 different acces pins were provided and it was not plesant as I have tried to open the box for 30 minutes with the wrong pin, until I have seen that I have received once again the same email, but with a different pin number. Indeed, very strange noises comes from the fridge, only at night, so you can't sleep well in the living-room. On the other hand, we couldn't use the wifi connection because of the wrong connection instructions provided.

Dust and smell in the bathroom

Pros: A big apartment with enough amenities. We really needed a hair dryer and iron which were available.

Cons: There was a lot of dust. The appartment was vacuumed but not mopped. I have a small child and she was black on her knees after 10 min on the floor. Also, there was a terrible smell in the bathroom which didn't go away with the ventilation. You can put some refreshners as I believe it is a piping problem as everything was new.

Pros: Easy access to the building, underground parking. Perfect for a night in Sofia

Pros: Everything is great! Location, space, everything! Secure parking, you can walk to the city center, or use nearby metro station.
