Pros: We stayed at the property for two nights. Before, during, and after our stay, the host’s communication was very quick and polite. After making the payment, the host sends you a detailed message explaining how to check in, so you can enter the apartment easily without any problems. Considering the price-performance ratio, the location of the property is very good. You can reach the city center and all the main tourist attractions on foot, and having parking available is a great advantage as well. If you request it, the host can send you a specific parking location where you can leave your car. Since we arrived on Saturday evening, we parked in the “blue zone” located right in front of the building. This area is paid on weekdays and on Saturdays until noon, but it is free on Saturday afternoons and on Sundays. We were leaving early on Monday morning before 8:00 AM when the paid hours would start again, so it worked perfectly.

Cons: I believe there are some areas that could be improved in the apartment. There are no curtains on some windows, there is no shower cabin in the bathroom, and the beds are not very comfortable. If these aspects are improved, the overall accommodation experience could be much better.

Nice apartment with all necessary facilities next to Zaimov Park, close to the City Center

Pros: I liked the specious apartment with a few balconies and all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay of the family. Landlord and the receptionist were very nice and hospitable!

Cons: I wouldn't say that I didn't like something, but I saw quite a lot of dust between the wall and the cabinet in the bedroom. So the cleaning stuff could do their job better.

Stay in Sofia, Aparthotel

Pros: The hotel was really nice, near to Airport. Be careful with distance as in late night, Taxi Drivers dont prefer to take 6.3KM of route despite they take 11KM one which adds money to your total fare but driver told me that it was safest route to take and the shortest one was Dangerous. While In morning I asked some person and that driver was absolutely right. Nothing to do with hotel but you have to reach there right. In morning everything’s get right. For Hotel: Man, there were mosquitos 😂 I was bitten on my ass badly and couldn’t sleep well in night but thats okay. I wish I would have contact someone in 2 midnight but guess throughout the whole process from Checkin to checkout, I had no Human Interaction. But this is good anyways. Love this virtual approach. But property was big with huge balcony.

Cons: Mosquitos, please help customers with some repellents.

Nice , comfortable,convenient place

Pros: Location is really good for the airport - comfortable and very clean We were late checking out and the cleaners were super understanding and friendly about it - can’t hope for more than that

Pros: Clean, quiet, apartment was large, clean and nicely furnished. The people at the reception worked long hours on weekends and holidays. They were extremely helpful and polite. All in all - a perfect place to stay in Sofia with a perfect location to a park and the heart of Toronto avoiding the hustle and traffic of the center of the city.

Pros: The location of the apartment was perfect. It was near a quiet park and it had a metro station 5 min away from it. Furthermore, it had a private parking which was very much needed since we arrived there by car.

Cons: The only thing I would like to add is that the beds were a bit outdated and weren't very comfortable. It would be better if the property paid attention to this. Also, the shower needs some sort of a shower curtain, since the water splashed everywhere no matter how careful you are.
