Pretty Good

Pros: Great saunas, option to order ahead of time a massage, service was very good, rides to and from the Gondola, tasty . restaurant 1 meter away with great food options, it probably belongs to the hotel. Woman at front desk was very nice and patient. You get a discount if you rent from the place that works with the hotel and the place is 2 min walking distance to the Gondola, .

Cons: Pool was not heated and there was no microwave or body length mirror in the room

Pros: Great long-term stay at this lodge. Pool and spa on site, kitchen in the room, easy access day and night, spacious and comfortable room. Hosts available if you need anything (otherwise quite private), WiFi worked almost perfectly. Would stay here again.

Cons: A couple of minor problems but they were resolved quickly by the hosts.

Pros: Staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly, my room was equipped with all I needed, internet was great. I can only recommend this place. Perfect for solo travellers but also for families. I had a very nice experience. You can also have your clothes washed and dried for around 5 Euros. Everything was perfekt.

Comfortable and spacious

Pros: Comfortable and spacious apartment with a balcony. At the edge of the town, good view of the mountains, easy to park. Not far from the center, but still better go to downtown with your car.

Cons: Nothing major. The receptionists seemed to be well-meaning but inexperienced. We didn't have opportunity to use most of the facilities, so cannot comment on them.

Fantastic stay in Bansko as a solo traveller thanks to the hospitality of staff. Thank you.

Pros: The apartment was clean, modern and cosy. The pool and spa were fab after skiing and Teodor and Rosa went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and happy. Wonderful hosts.

Cons: It was a 15/20 min walk from the centre, but Teodor offered free transport to and from the centre. Nothing was too much trouble.
