Ideal, would recommend

Pros: Perfect location, could not be better, owner was responsive and kind and ideal for anyone who’s looking to book.

Cons: It would be convenient to be able to store ski equipment at the premises, but overall not a problem as there are many storage options nearby.

Beautiful apartment right by the gondola

Pros: Iskra’s apartment is absolutely beautifully designed and decorated, and I had a wonderful stay there during my time in Bansko! She has made the place feel like a luxurious home, as well as making sure it includes all the practical extras you might need while visiting somewhere. The kitchen is well appointed, and the balcony outside is a great place to relax. The outside swimming pool area for the apartment complex is also large and enjoyable to use. Iskra was easy to communicate with, and would check in to make sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend. Thank you to Iskra for a very pleasant stay!

Perfect. Everything as advertised.

Pros: Property was clean, family friendly, very presentable and welcoming with a home from home feel. All facilities were to a high standard we couldn’t have asked for anymore from our stay. Iskra was very welcoming and at the end of a message to help with any queries in the area. Perfect location close to supermarkets, restaurants town centre. and a 3 minute walk to the gondola. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again when visiting Bansko.

cosy, clean and perfect location at a great easy resort.

Pros: Loved all the photos to find the property but found it hard to get the keypad up to enter the code. Maybe a video of this would help. And then key card is great as just use that from then on. The apartment is definitely only big enough for 2 but it was so cosy and clean can't wait to come back and stay again. The owner whatsapped me throughout the holiday to check all was OK, so very easy to get hold of . Thanks x

Cons: can't fault anything other than maybe a couple more towels would be a bonus as we were there a week.

Pros: Extremely clean with quality furnishings. Lovely and quiet with a fabulous balcony

Cons: There were perhaps too many plug ins and room fresheners. I suffer with asthma and found it difficult to breathe

Pros: The host, Iskra, was very attentive and communicated very well with us. The apartment was very clean and tidy with everything we needed. We loved the proximity to town and the hiking.

Cons: The photographs made the property out to be larger than it was, so we found it a bit of a squeeze with our bags and cooking.

Pros: The apartment is comfortable, good location especially for skiing, clean and equipped with everything you need for nice holiday. iskra is extremely kind and helpful! I recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing!

Pros: The apartment is exceptional, beautifully decorated. Extremely comfortable bed and wonderfully clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The balcony was an added bonus in the heat of August, The owner was very thoughtful and kind and readily available for any questions we had. There's nothing negative to say about this fantastic apartment in Bansko Royal Towers.

Cons: The only negative I can say which is absolutely NOTHING to do with the apartment but with the complex Royal Bansko Towers, unfortunately it isn't like it was when we first stayed there about 14 years ago when it was relatively new. This year the swimming pool was dirty and there wasn't even a bar open for refreshments. This has nothing to do with the apartment and for us it wasn't a problem as we spent our days in Banya in the mineral pools. Just thought it was good to let people know.

The best place in Bansko

Pros: Amazing place to stay! The place is super cozy, very homey and it has everything a person needs. The location is perfect 3 min walk to the Bansko Gondola Lift and 7-8 min to the best restaurants in the area! We love it and Iskra is so kind and helpful. We lived our stay.
