Pros: Victoria is an amazing host, she was always available and very warm. She even arranged transportation for us from the airport and, I must say Sergei was an amazing driver. The apartment itself is literally 10 minutes walking distance from the gondola station, and it is very welcoming, my daughter was in love with it. Cleaning wise was amazing and we had everything we needed. We look forward to coming back!

Cons: Everything was flawless. Looks better than in the photos.

Ideal location, clean and comfortable for a long stay

Pros: We stayed for one month and it was a real home away from home. Perfectly clean on arrival, multiple bedsheets provided and extra bedding in the wardrobe, all the kitchenware we needed, radiators in every room, etc. The wifi was reliable with no issues whatsoever and Victoria was highly responsive via WhatsApp when we asked for additional lightbulbs for the bedside lamps. The building is very secure and clean and quiet, in the ideal location just a 10 minute walk to the Gondola Station but also 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. Shower pressure is good and full tank of hot water. Amazing value for money and if we’re ever back in Bansko we would stay again!
