Pros: Great apartment, nice, clean. Close to gondola. Fully equipped. Will get back again.

Cons: Everything was great.

Brilliant modern and convenient apartment

Pros: This is a brilliant apartment when it comes to value for money. It’s located in a building with a reception area and plenty of available facilities including the pool and massage therapist (both at an additional cost) and just a 5 minute walk to ski rental companies and the gondola to the slopes. The apartment itself is modern and comfortable, with everything you need for a week self-catering. I particularly love the size of the bed (MASSIVE) and the balcony for sitting with a coffee in the morning/evening among the snow (pictured).

Cons: One towel for a week stay is a little unfortunate. The bedclothes aren’t large enough for the bed. If you’re a light sleeper, dogs bark all through the night (no fault of the owner, and luckily I’m not a light sleeper so didn’t bother me as much!). The TV’s don’t have the best signal, and one issue which I can pinpoint for the apartment owner; two mouldy out of date pizzas were left in the microwave oven from the previous occupants, an oversight in the cleaning/guest turnaround.

The stay was perfect great location

Pros: The rooms was absolutely lovely and warm the facility was good everything you needed the beds was comfy and the view was nice

Cons: Just the price off pool as wanted to go in afternoon so there wasn’t a discount

Pros: I really loved our stay at Belvedere Holiday Club. The location was excellent, close toe verything we wanted and needed, but still quiet and relaxing. The pool was exceptionally clean, and the water quality stood out. The key handling process was smooth and effortless, with no standard checkout required. And the host was very kind and understanding. When we requested a few changes and had a few demands (which they were not obligated to oblige), the host approved quickly and without any issues. Totally recommend to anyone who appreciates peace and quite!

Cons: We didn't like to be in an apartment where we have to pay for pool use every day. Although that was mentioned after we booked via message, it was still not the most comfortable experience, especially with the staff coming every 30 minutes asking to see the proof for payment. The staff was the only thing we disliked during our stay, as they made us feel unwelcoming. A bit more warmth and attentiveness would’ve gone a long way in making the experience even better. Still, despite these minor issues, we had a great time and would recommend Belvedere Holiday Clubm especially if you’re looking for a clean, well-located place with a flexible check-in/check-out process and a responsive host.

Excellent Budget Ski Trip

Pros: Location was perfect. 5 mins walk to the nearest supermarket, 10 mins walk to the Tsakiris ski rental and a further 2 minutes to the main gondola area.

Cons: I think it is intentional from the city but there are no Mcdonalds or Burger King or KFC. Basically no american fast food.

Pros: Very clean, near gondola, cosy and warm, easy free parking very near by. Very helpful host via WhatsApp.

Good price for location and comfort.

Pros: Very close to the gondola. Appartment well equiped both kitchen and bathroom, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the heating and hot water worked very well.

Beautiful stay

Pros: The location is very close to the gondola lift, we had a smooth check in as it is a self check in. The apartment is nice, clean, all amenities included, heated, I don't have anything to complain of. The host was very helpful and we had an easy communication.

Cons: We had the impression the spa was included, but in fact is not included in the price and you have to pay it separately. and it is opened only until 8pm.

Perfect holiday in Bansko

Pros: We have a perfect holiday here. Thank you! The apartment was very clean and very warm, even though it was quite cold outside. We had a wonderful Christmas here. We would love to come again.

Pros: The apartment is really nice & cosy. Have separate bedroom with double bed.Excelent choise for couple with two kids. Clean, worm, having big terasa for smokers with nice view. We will come again 100%. Swimming pool you is paying additionally, 15 levs for adults, 10 levs for kids.

Cons: It seams that the building itself have sensitive fire alarm. We have five times problem with this inside the building,nobady knows what happened.
