Pros: I have been coming to Bansko for 15 years. I always had to contact the owner, sometimes the TV doesn't work, sometimes the light in a room, sometimes the drain in the bathroom is faulty, sometimes the parking space is occupied. Nothing was needed here - clear instructions, everything written in the description is there and everything is functional. I only sent a message when I left. For me, the ideal accommodation, I would gladly return anytime. I recommend.
