Pros: What a lovely warm apartment, very cosy, shower was great as usually they aren’t. Water was hot and the location was perfect. Looking to book again in January.

Pros: Great location, quiet area, lots of room, the WIFI worked great, the kitchen was well equipped, the washing machine worked, comfortable and spacious balcony and the heating worked great.

Cons: The mattresses weren't the most comfortable and we had to wash all the utensils we wanted to use before using them because they were dusty.

Pros: The ap is equipped with everything you need, in order to have a cozy stay. Although there's no radiator in the room, you can turn on the airco on hot air and it will be warm pretty fast. In the bathroom is an electric radiator that needs to be plugged in and does also a very good job. We found the boiler set on 1, so the water wasn't warm enough for a shower, so we set it at 5 and it heat up at maximum, in like one hour aprox. The boiler has 82L, which proved to be very good for 2 people. Location is very good!

Cons: The mini-fridge is a bit of a mistery. We found it set on 1 degree, we left it like this, put our food in it and the next morning we found it slightly frozen, especially the ham. We thought that it should be around 3 or 4, like a normal sized fridge, so we changed the setting from 1 to 3 and the food frozen even more :)))).

Cons: The lift did not work 3 days out of 4, an alternative lift provided was too complicated. There are several places in the area where you can park freely, and there is a paid parking (15 leva/day) nearby - this cost must be taken into account.

Cons: The hotel the apartments are in seems abandoned. No lights in the receptions or hallways downstairs, only on the floors.
