Netherlands 🇳🇱

Pros: pool, free private parking, lift, onsite restaurant. Minimarket nearby. English speaking reception desk. Good value. Good wifi and table tennis table (pay receptionist for bats)

Cons: studio is quite small for a family of four. No pool rules; Lots of kids and babies in the indoor and outdoor pool that were all clearly not wearing swimming diapers. The building is a bit in the middle of nowhere; to go to another restaurant you have to drive.

Pros: The room is very well equipped. You can find everything you need for your stay.

Cons: You need a car to go to Bansko or Razlog. Not enough sun loungers around the pool.

A nice, comfortable apartment

Pros: We stayed in the summer so the aircon was very useful. You can get breakfast at the restaurant or bring your own food to cook as the apartment is equipped with everything you need to cook. Has a coffee machine, an oven, etc. The terrace is great to grab a coffee or read a book. We will be back for sure.

Pros: Всичко ни хареса. Удобно студио с всичко необходимо. Чистотата е на ниво. Собствениците се бяха постарали да имаме всичко необходимо, за което сме признателни. Да втори път сме тук и скоро пак ще повторим.

Pros: The apartment is well equiped, everything you need in the kitchen, towels and bathrobes, tv with many channels (sport, movies, etc ), free parking and the complex has a free pool, spa and recreation area.

Новогодишна приказка

Pros: Чисто, подредено, с прекрасен изглед, всички удобства, дори неочаквани такива, даже имаше украса за Коледа и Нова година, почувствахме се сякаш сме у дома, нямаме нито едно нещо, което да не ни е харесало, интернета е отличен, инструкциите прекрасни, хората на рецепцията усмихнати и мили, басейнът е прекрасен, просто няма нищо съмнително - балконът е идеален , има перфектма маса и столчета, беше прекрасно! Благодарим!!!

Pros: Perfectly equiped and maximum functional studio. Love it. Definitely recommend.

Cons: The hotel facility itself is not well maintained - steam bath and one of the 2 saunas were not working, the second sauna barely rises to 55 degrees, cokd water in the pool.
