Spacious, comfy and convenient apartment next to Bansko's gondola

Pros: The flat is spacious, comfortable and convenient. It had everything we needed to spend a few days skiing in bansko. Getting to the gondola is less than a 5 minute walk and when you return home there's everything you require to cook dinner for a family. Polina was always available to solve any queries we might have had.

Cons: That we couldn't stay longer :)

Pros: This property was very spacious and well supplied with everything our family of 5 needed. It was very well located, 2 min walk to the Gondola and very central to all bars/restaurants without the noise factor! I particularly liked the Nespresso machine and the pods which were provided. We could cook if we wished and there is a washing machine if needed. This apartment is a little gem in Bansko!

Pros: Just back from Bansko! Found this fantastic spot in the Neon Complex - talk about striking gold with a last-minute booking. The apartment really surprised us, right next to the gondola too. Polina is a warm, hospitable, and detail-oriented host who goes above and beyond for her guests. She ensures comfort with clear instructions, thoughtful amenities, and proactive solutions. Two comfy bedrooms and a living room with a big sofa, perfect for our crew Every room feels brand new and spotless Can't beat rolling out of bed and onto the slopes After long days skiing, loved coming back to our warm apartment (trust me, that matters in Jan!). Kitchen had everything we needed, though we mostly ate out - Bansko's local spots were too good to pass up. Skiers: lifts open early, and you'll want to beat the 9am rush. Got some amazing powder days! Runs suit everyone, especially if you're bringing kids along. Worth every penny. Already planning next year's trip!

Pros: All in all it was a wonderful stay. The location is great, with the gondola and the town center in the walking distance. The apartment is modern, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The host is great and really responsive.

Cons: There is minor wear and tear, but that is to be expected.

Pros: Spacious and cozy apartment with fast internet. Perfect location close to the gondola, ski rents, good restaurants, bars, and a big supermarket in neighboring buildings. Caring and kind owners. We're planning to rent again next year.

Great base for hiking in the Pirin mountains

Pros: The three things I particularly appreciated in the apartment were as follows: 1) Washing machine - if you hike for five days in the Pirin mountains, you'll definitely need it. 2) The wardobes - there were large shelves and not huge spaces for coat hangers. Packing out and in has never been so easy. 3) The towels - they were in six different colors, so you always knew which was yours. There is a good Greek restaurant on the ground floor of building A, with vegan options.

Cons: There was a continuous dripping of the water heater in the bathroom, so we had to keep its door closed at night to avoid the noise.

Cons: Patul din dormitorul mare scârțâie la orice mișcare în schimb canapea din sufragerie este foarte încăpătoare și comoda așa că am făcut schimb! Apartament pe răsărit, draperii transparente, ...trezire matinala!
