Pros: nice location, near the ski run. Lots of parking places, cozy accomodation, nice balcony, comfortable beds, hot water in the shower/tub, well equipped kitchen, nice tv set.
Cons: the color of the light bulbs - i think this is a personal choice, maybe someone else will enjoy the cold daylight color.

Very nice place near Borovets, I recommend it!
Pros: Very nice place, very clean, the terrace is very large and with a good view. The kitchen is fully stocked, there are a lot of beds and 2 bathrooms. Everything is clean and neat :)

Pros: Very spacious apartment, full equipped, very clean. Very close to ski run Yastrebets-3, about 3-4 mins walk. Great value for money!
Cons: You must pay 10 euros for pool and 17 for sauna, each day

Pros: Modern, clean apartment, located in a pine forest, in a quiet location, luxuriously furnished, with all necessary household appliances. Ideal place to relax and value for money. I highly recommend it

Great place, ideal for family or group of friends who want to make the most out of the slopes.
Pros: The apartment was very spacious, super clean and very well equipped, with almost everything we needed for our 3 nights stay. It can easily sleep 4 people (or more even) and has two big bathrooms and a lot of storage space. The closest ski slope is about 7 minutes on foot (through Yastrebets hotel) and I did it a couple of times while carrying my skis and wearing my ski boots, but it might be difficult for younger kids. From there you can ski 300-400meters to the chair lift, where you can also get your ski pass, right next to the chair lift. The host was amazing, very quick to reply and very helpful. Overall great value for money, I would definitely try to stay there in my next visit to Borovets.
Cons: Not that I didn't like it, but apart from the yastrebets hotel near by, there is not much to do around the hotel. This means that if you want to go out for dinner, drinks etc, you ll definitely need a car. This was not a problem for our group, but it is something you ll need to keep in mind before booking here.

Pros: A really nice and spacious apartment, well laid out and a great balcony view. Well equipped kitchen area (apart from a couple of items, see below) A great tv which allowed us to log in to our own Netflix account to watch films etc. Didn't meet the host but was very helpful on the phone. Not many people around so really nice and quiet during our stay. We usually stay in the centre but although not convenient for shops, bars etc this area is great if you want a quiet stay and happy to self-cater which was perfect for us.
Cons: We enjoyed our stay but the following things would improve the apartment even more. The sofa bed is creaky, it's a bedroom so a proper bed would be much better. The kitchen could do with a bread knife, a toaster, and definitely a bottle opener, we had to improvise to get our wine open! There was no information supplied to help people find their way to the ski slope. Fortunately a previous reviewer had described the best route to take. At 50bgn a go, we decided not to use the spa facilities, a lot to pay if you just want to use the pool for a while, but I guess this is not the fault of the apartment.

Pros: Locatie linistita, situata intr-un loc remote, cu parcare. Camerele generoase, mult spatiu si foarte confortabile. Multumim gazdei pentru detalii si accesul facil la locatie.

O cazare exceptionala
Pros: Locatia este foarte buna, accesul la apartament se poate face prin receptia hotelulul dar si din parcare. Apartamentul este spatios, calduros, dotat cu cele necesare. Noi am fost in extrasezon si nu functiona incalzirea centrala a cladirii insa apartamentul are calorifere electrice in fiecare camera care au fost suficiente. Am avut acces contracost la piscina si jacuzii si nefiind lume multe cazata in hotel, am fost doar noi. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost foarte buna. Probabil o sa mai venim.
Cons: Se mai poate insista pe partea de curatenie, in zona de dupa draperii, sub pat, era putin praf. Noi nu am fost deranjati, exista aspirator in dotare si se poate folosi.
