Polished two-bedroom apartment in a quiet part of downtown near the river and two top restaurants

Pros: Everything was fantastic and far exceeded our expectations!!! Newly renovated apartment (felt like we were the first ever occupants) on the third floor of a quiet low-rise building overlooking the end of the pedestrian zone and two high-rated restaurants (Starata Varba is right on the river and should not be missed). The place is squeaky clean (!), spacious, and well appointed. The host, Leven, is very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He has not spared expense in materials, furniture, appliances, amenities (incl. the best room darkening curtains), linens, and the sweetest bathroom I've ever seen in Bulgaria!

Cons: The building has no elevator but then again, if you're not a hiker, why are you in Devin ;-)

Pros: Everything was amazing. The apartment is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. It was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave at the end of our stay! 😊

Cons: It was a little bit noisy from the restaurant below but ok when you close the window and turn on the AC

Perfect

Pros: Very bright apartment in the center of the city with fresh repair. There is all the necessary furniture, dishes, coffee machine with capsules, washing machine, dishwasher. Impeccable cleanliness. There is a parking near the house, a balcony overlooking the main street. If you are in Devin, then we definitely recommend staying in this apartment.

Уникално място

Pros: Страхотен апартамент с всичко необходимо. Мебелите, уредите и като цяло всичко беше чисто ново, личи си че собственика не е пестил средства. Със сигурност ще посетим пак.

Cons: Нищо не не липсваше. Собственика се е погрижил и на най-малкия детайли.

Страхотна почивка

Pros: Апартаментът беше страхотен и имаше всичко необходимо за един уникален престой и почивка.

Cons: Всичко ни хареса!

Pros: Понравилось все. Идеальная локация. Идеальное состояние жилья. Удобные кровати. Если вернёмся в Девин, то будем выбирать только эти апартаменты.

Sans hésitation

Pros: UNE MERVEILLE. Un logement d'une propreté unique, un équipement de haut niveau ,une situation en ville parfaite (proche commerces, centre ville, parking, départ facile pour visiter les alentours...), un hôte serviable et toujours à l'écoute, une machine à laver ET séchante ( un luxe pour les voyageurs comme nous). Un grand regret de partir de ce logement où nous nous sentions à la maison. Si nous devions revenir dans cette ville, c'est ici sans hésiter que nous irons dormir

Cons: Rien. C'était parfait à tout les niveaux

Pros: Estaba muy limpio y cuidado. Buena ubicación. Muy nuevo

Cons: La cafetera era de cápsulas. Nos dejaron 4 y hubiésemos necesitado 6 en total. Yo entiendo que es un consumible y debe llevarlo el que alquila, pero con la cantidad de marcas y tipos de cafetera resulta imposible llevar de todas las clases. De hecho nosotros llevábamos en polvo y de una determinada marca de cápsulas pero no de la marca de la cafetera del apartamento, lo que ha supuesto tener que comprar de otra marca. Por favor, suministrar una por persona y día.

Pros: Апартаментът е страхотен. Домакинът също е много приветлив и усложлив! Със сигурност ще се върнем отново. Препоръчвам го.
