It was a nice and cozy stay.

Pros: The apartment was really nice and had everything we needed for a good stay. The location is also very good.

Pros: Clean. Quite place on pedestrian road. Need small maintenance

Cons: Smell from toilet since venta doesn't work. The bar of the dosh needs adjustment .legs of the bed need reinforce .

Cozy place, great location!

Pros: Apartment was very cozy, a nice space to be in. Lots of natural light! Kitchen had everything needed. Fantastic location.

Cons: There is no fan (which was listed in the facilities of unit). This would have been very helpful in the bedroom, as there is no AC there. Also, would help to have a broom in the unit.

Quiet and clean flat at a superb location.

Pros: Clean, quiet flat at a superb location, near the Maritza river for walks or runs, and right on the main walking boulevard of Plovdiv, close to supermarkets, stores, cafes, restaurants, bars, the old town, and all the main attractions of the city.

Cons: I would have given this place a perfect 10 except for the fact that the AC unit was installed in the living room instead of the bedroom, which surprised me. As a result, it took a very long time for the bedroom to cool down.
