Central Park Studio

A charming studio!

Pros: Location is perfect - everything you need to see in Plovdiv is nearby at a walking distance. The studio is very spacious and was ideal for our family of 3. We had everything we need for a comfortable stay - kitchen utensils, coffee machine, washer, iron, even a hairdryer. And books! Our kid loved them! The studio has a comfortable bed and a transforming couch, and a small cozy terrace. The host is very nice, polite and understanding. There are a couple of maps showing Plovdiv's most famous places - most of them at a walking distance. Private parking is available if you need it. We left our car there for the entire stay just because we didn't need it. Loved the place! Definitely recommending it! Caution - it's on the 3rd floor, no lift but this doesn't bother us.

Pros: It had everything we needed. Comfortable, fresh, pleasant place in the center of Plovdiv.

Cons: Payment methods are not well specified. Recommendation: kitchen supplies should be replaced/monitored more frequently

Pros: Good location, everything was clean. Space to park the car. When the host appeared, he was very lovely!

Cons: The description of the apartment could be clearer, since it's just one big room and the description is not transparent about that. Had to wait about an hour for the keys to be delivered.

Great Option for a stay in Plovdiv

Pros: The flat was easily walked from the railway station; we wanted to drop our bags early and this was achieved fairly easily with the owner who was on site, which meant we could sort the keys early too and know exactly how to leave the next day. The flat was well appointed, it had everything we needed for our short stay and was close to the main park with its excellent pioneer (children's) railway as well as the more conventional sights in the Old Town...just the other way.

Cons: The sofa bed specifically wasn't very comfortable...or so my daughter tells me!

Nice apartment for short stays.

Pros: The apartment is cosy and nicely equipped. The bed and the zofa bed were cosy to sleep on. The stairs were nicely decorated. It's quite near the city centre and the hostess was very nice to welcome us.

Cons: We missed the shower cabin in the small bathroom.

Pros: We were there for a short stay but still, great experience. Martin is a great host. Apartment is clean, equipped and short walk away from the city center. We recommend.

Cozy flat in a quiet street near the center

Pros: It's near to the center but in a very quiet street, near to the bus station. The flat is spacious, perfect for even two people. It is very clean and well-equiped.

Great location

Pros: Very comfortable apartment. The host accommodated us with our pets, for which we are immensely grateful. I would highly recommend the apartment. Great location with private parking available. You have everything you need for your stay. I would happily stay here again.

Perfect and convenient place to explore Plovdiv!

Pros: The host is kind, quick and helpful. Registration and payment were very simple and smooth. The apartment perfectly suited our purposes. The house is located in a quiet, almost green area, yet the city center and old town can be reached quickly on foot. The closed, private parking lot is also a big advantage.

Cons: Entering and exiting the parking lot with a larger car is a bit difficult - but this is a feature that the host cannot help...
