Pros: We liked the apartment- it was clean and tastefully arranged and the balcony- very large, amazing!

Cons: The hot water from the boiler was never enough! We couldn' t shower properly, we had hot water for like 5 minutes.

An perfect extended weekend stay

Pros: Everything was as described in the apartment. Small flat with a charm. You have a designated parking lot. The apartment manager asks you when you would like to check out, and when it is convenient for you. The location is near the old town which is perfect for the evening walk.

Cons: The elevator only goes up to the 5th floor, and our apartment was on the 6th floor, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs on foot. The neighbors are not so polite; they can park in your designated parking spot.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment. Pleasant communication with the owner. Clean, quiet, all household appliances are new, and as a nice bonus there was a bottle of wine in the fridge ☺️ If you’re traveling by car, there’s parking available on the property. A place you’ll want to come back to!

Very nice, clean, well equipped and spacious apartment. No blackout-option.

Pros: Very nice, clean and spacious apartment. Well equipped with everything you need. Additional duvet-cover was provided quickly.

Cons: No blackout option, hence very bright in the morning, in particular with a roof-window over the bed.

The studio was perfect for our stay in Plovdiv, would totally recommend it to future visitors.

Pros: Very clean, cozy and situated in a great location - within walking distance (10-15 min) from the main areas of interest. Nice terrace as well. Hosts were kind and thoughtful.

Cons: There is only one designated parking spot in the interior courtyard. The hosts have 2 apartments in the same building and when we arrived, the parking spot was already occupied. Fortunately, we were able to find another one that was free in the same courtyard.

Паркінг + чистий, світлий апартамент + добре розташуванням = успіх!

Pros: Були в грудні на Різдвяні свята. Тепло, затишно, дуже зручне розташування. Є все необхідне, навіть дрібниці. Все добре працює, білизна та рушники ідеальні, дуже чисто загалом. Навіть чай не в пакетах, а заварний дуже смачний. Паркінг + чистий, світлий апартамент + добре розташуванням = успіх!

Cons: Чистота, якість обладнання, розташування.

Pros: чудесно място, направено с вкус - ново обзавеждане с всичко необходимо. нов комплекс, парко място, на пешеходно разстояние от центъра (10мин, въпреки че по картата показва около 20 заради подлезите)

Pros: Перфектното място за настаняване в Пловдив с перфектен домакин. Студиото разполага с всичко необходимо за едно незабравимо преживяване в Пловдив. Най-голямото удобство е възможността да спреш колата си спокойно, а централната улица е на 15 мин. пеша. Домакинът беше изключително отзивчив и любезен. Горещо препоръчвам Plovdiv Urban Gem Studio by Flat Mаnаger. Бих отседнал отново там!
