Studio Apartament 47А- Trakia 54 А

Pros: The location is a 10 minute walk away from the south bus station. The check-in went smoothly and the host was very professional. The apartment block is fairly new and in very good condition. Corridors and elevator is spotless. The apartment itself has a great view and was clean as well. I noticed that the apartment did not have a microwave even though the advertisement said so but I was quickly given one by the host after mentioning the issue. The air conditioning worked flawlessly even in 35c heat. I especially liked the open shelves. It is an easy way to store your stuff in such a way that it is nearly impossible to forget anything once checking out. Check-out was convenient

Cons: All of the visible parts of the apartment were spotless (except some chalk here and there due to hard water of Plovdiv), however it appears the underneath of the sofa was not cleaned for months. Not a biggie imho. There is no laundry detergent Even though the apartment is technically located in the centrum, it is still about 20 min walk away from major tourist destinations such Free Plovdiv Tour. The streets in Plovdiv are not like the ones in Germany or Nordic countries. The pedestrian streets are narrow and in bad condition making it impossible to use electric scooters on them. For the same reasons walking is also hindered. Unlike in Sofia, you cannot use your credit card as a travel card. Instead, you pay 1 lev (cash) for a bus ride. Google Maps does not recognize public transportation of Plovdiv, instead you have to use Moovit. Moovit is not 100 % reliable, it guided me to a bus station that was no longer in use. Hence, I often opted for walking if I needed to be somewhere at certain time. Luckily taxis are very cheap in Plovdiv. It cost me around 6 lev to get to Bishop’s Basilica of Philippopolis from the apartment.

Pros: Zajímavá lokalita blízko hlavního nádraží, relativní klid na ulicích. Dařilo se mi bezplatně parkovat poblíž. Pěkný výhled z balkónu. Prostorný apartmán.

Cons: Čistota podlahy nebyla top. Vybavení kuchyně na průměrné úrovni. Vypadával mi internet.

Plodvid

Pros: El dueño fue muy amable, el departamento es un monoambiente muy iluminado y el área es muy linda solo que no está tan cerca de la zona turística, lo que para mí es bueno para evitar el ruido

Cons: El agua de la ducha se sale cuando te bañas

Great place for a vacation

Pros: Great studio in a nice part of the city. Friendly owner responds quickly. Would recommend.
