Good value for money

Pros: The flat has everything necessary for a longer stay. Appreciated the working station a lot! :-)

Cons: Cleaning could be improved a bit.

Modern, well-located building with convenient amenities and parking

Pros: The building is new and easily accessible from the main boulevard. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and other amenities nearby, which makes the location very convenient. Free parking is available in front of the building, and there's also a garage for added convenience and security.

Cons: One small suggestion: there are no curtains in the living room, which could be an issue if 3–4 people are staying and using that space for sleeping. However, this is an easy fix and I’m confident the hosts will take care of it.

Brand new apartment near Old town

Pros: Good and plenty of free parking. Brand new luxurious building and apartment. Very clean and nice. Simple and clear check-in and check out. Nice balcony and all amenities you may need for short or long term stay. Easy access to Old town and center by car.

Cons: We had an issue with the sofabed in the living room. It was not assembled fully or previous guests may have damaged it, resulting in an unstable and not very comfortable sleep. Unfortunately we were there only for one night, but host assured us that their maintenece have fixed it for furture guets. All in all all was great except the issue with the pull out bed.

Pros: Апартаментът е много хубав, с удобно място за работа, на много добра локация. Домакините бяха много любезни и отзивчиви и с бърза реакция при необходимост. :)

Cons: Диванът беше доста неудобен, на нас ни се наложи да го използваме разпънат за спане и доста се измъчихме. Ако се смени с по-удобен за целта, всичко ще е супер! :) Когато се пуска вода в казанчето в тоалетната, водата излиза навън и мокри доста пода.

Pros: Sehr freundlicher Empfang, immer sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Das Apartment entspricht den Bildern und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Nähe der Unterkunft findet man alles was man für das tägliche Leben benötigt. Mit den öffentlichen oder dem Taxi kann man sehr schnell ins Zentrum gelangen

Pros: Clean, spacious apartment with great facilities. Parking was easy to find in the apartment complex.

Cons: It is a little far from the city center if you want to walk there,but still close enough if you are going by car.

Нов, напълно оборудван апартамент на удобна локация

Pros: Апартаментът е доста добре оборудван - има всичко необходимо. Отлично почистен, отлична комуникация с домакините. Налично паркомясто. Задължително ще го резервираме отново при следващ престой в Пловдив.

Cons: Единственият минус е липсата на комарници по прозорците и вратите (тъй като е близо до реката и вечер има доста комари). Но това не би попречило да отседнем пак тук.

Удобен, слънчев, модерно обзаведен апартамент в прекрасния Пловдив.

Pros: Добре обзаведен, удобен и чист апартамент. Подходящо и много приятно място както за служебни, така и за семейни пътувания. Сградата се намира в непосредствена близост до магазин Billa, KFC, Macdonald’s и бензиностанция. На под 30 минути разходка покрай река Марица от центъра на Пловдив. Изключително професионално и любезно обслужване от екипа на Urban Exec Suite/ Holiwork Stays - подробна информация за настаняването, препоръки за разходка и ресторанти в Пловдив, бърза и адекватна обратна връзка при възникнали на място въпроси. С удоволствие бихме отседнали отново тук.

Pros: Very responsive and accommodating host. Central location. Easy parking. Spacious and Clean. Close to the main road but not very noisy.

Cons: Some kitchen appliance missing or damaged but host fixed it promptly! :) Also, the bathroom area can be a bit messy due to the lack of doors around the shower.
