Roman Stadium Apartments

Superb location and view

Pros: I had a wonderful time. The location is superb ❤️ The room has many windows and it's very bright. The big bed is comfortable. I liked the terrace the most. You can go to it by the wooden stairs below the big kitchen window 🥰 The view from there is wonderful! The hosts are kind and helping. They offer a parking ticket so you can park around the building or the street. The facility offers free coffee with capsules. The bathroom is big and has a little fan heater if it's cold. The whole place has an interesting disposition in several levels. I loved it and definitely will use it again ❤️ Thanks!

Cons: The air conditioning was switched on not long before we came and it took time to warm the place (it was February).

Pros: The spot was terrific! Exactly at the heart of the city. Very clean and cosy. The hostess was very helpful with everything. We recommend it and definitely going to visit it again next time

Perfect location

Pros: It's a quirky apartment that’s clean enough, spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The location is amazing. Just a few steps into the Roman Stadium, with Kapana and the Old City literally on your doorstep.

Cons: Apartment 4 is on the top floor, so there are a lot of steps (no lift). It's great that a street parking permit is provided but there were no parks available in front of the apartment, so we had to park a fair way up the street. The wifi is OK but not great.

Very comfortable

Pros: Apartment has everything you need, in the city centre but nice and quiet inside. Owner was quick to respond when there was an issue. I would recommend this place, it's spacious, clean and comfortable.

Cons: There are no blackout curtains so the appartment stays pretty light at night. There is also one small window that has no window covering, this is a minor issue but does make me wonder who can see in at night when the lights are on inside. I had high hopes for sitting on the balcony but there's not much of a view and it's pretty noisy (general city noise).

Excellent

Pros: The property is at a wonderful location in downtown Plovdiv right next to the Roman stadium where you could grab your coffee in the morning. Walking distance to all the stores and attarctions for any tourist. My partner loved the location so much he wanted to purchase a property there. I'll definitely book again!

Very nice staying for exploring Plovdiv.

Pros: Apartament is in the heart of old town, in apartment was all necessary for nice staying. We had a nice evenings on big balcony.

Spacious appartment with terrace and view in excellent location

Pros: Location, terrace with view, quality of bed. Very easy self check-in.

Cons: The rest of the furniture and the algae in the water tank of the coffee machine.

Pros: Excellent location, parking option, spacious place, good communication with the hosts.

Cons: We visited during winter, while snowing - apartment is big and had 2 air conditioners and 1 radiator, hence 1 bedroom was not heated in any way. Apartment felt cold. We contacted the hosts and they proposed wood for the fireplace, unfortunately the garage door was frozen/stuck so we were not able to get the wood.
