Pros: It’s a perfect apartment. Very friendly and kind hostess. Very clean and comfortable apartment. We’re definitely gonna come back soon! Also very smart location next to the center and the trade exhibition. It also has a private parking.

Cozy,warm,modern,close to the city centre

Pros: It was very cozy, modern and beautiful. We stayed for 2 nights. The apartment is fully equipped and very very clean. About 17 minutes walking from kapana area. And really close to old town. The host very kind and friendly.

Cons: There's a big problem with the sound insulation. The man who was staying next door we thought literally that he was inside our room! Also the bathroom has no bathtub or something so the waters were all over the bathroom. For their own good they should built at least a small short wall or something to isolate the waters. The only negatives we found.

Great apartment in a quiet area very close to the old town, Kapana, and the IFP

Pros: Very friendly host, she waited for me at the apartment to give me the keys (a rarity these days), helped me park in the spot reserved for the apartment and invited me to help myself to some coffee and water.

Very enjoyable stay, nice location close to center

Pros: Very kind host and super responsive. The apartment was very clean modern with all comforts. Very close walk to the center with all bars and restaurants and private parking.

Cons: Bathroom although very clean, there was no enclosed shower or bathtub so all water dropped to the floor when showering.

Pros: Fantastic location with on site parking. Everything you could need inside, so clean and the bed was so comfy. The host met me at the apartment and showed me inside, very nice and friendly!

Fantastic apartment and host

Pros: This is a fantastic apartment, very conveniently located next to Plovdiv city centre. Shushi is so helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We had everything we needed for our stay, including a kitchenette, a washing machine and parking, and really enjoyed this lovely apartment. Highly recommend.

Cons: There's basically nothing to dislike. Maybe the shower layout, where it's open plan so you have to mop it after using, but this seems commonplace in Bulgaria from what we've seen. Other than that, we just loved it.
