Almost a perfect accomodation

Pros: Great location, walking distance to the Old Town. Elevator is present in the building. Very quiet there, good hosts. They provided good and clear instructions of how to get there and to get the keys. Pretty clean, also there's an abundance of amenities and appliances. Two A/Cs is a great option, both in a living room and in a bedroom. A small balcony gives an option to have a cup of coffee in the morning in a quiet place. Fast and stable Wi-Fi.

Cons: The TV was showing wrong colors, and the problem is in the electornics. I tried resetting image settings - no luck. The fridge needs some defrosting and cleaning. A small metal shelf in the shower should be replaced as it's pretty rusty. The bed was pretty small for two people. If this will be fixed, then it will be a perfect stay in Plovdiv.

Would absolutely recommend

Pros: Great place, spacious, clean, had all sorts of amenities - fully equipped kitchen (even a dishwasher), very nice balcony area, location was around 15 minutes by foot to Kapana which was fine for us, just next to Old town. There was parking space around. The closest 24/7 store is around 10 minutes by foot.

Cons: Not sure it was a dislike but the front door was kinda difficult to open after unlocking, so we were a bit worried we might break it cuz you had to use some force. Hopefully it gets fixed. Other than that it was all good!

Pros: Very clean, the apartment had a box with awesome toys that our child could play with which was an awesome bonus.

Cons: Bed was a small double bed which is not that suitable for families with small children - a bigger bed would be nice.

Pros: Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr sauber und ruhig.

Cons: Leider war es ziemlich schwierig, in der Nähe einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Pros: Расположение в непосредственной близости к старому городу. Бесплатная парковка на улице возле дома. Очень много посуды и различной бытовой техники. В шаговой доступности большой супермаркет.
