Perfect for solo travellers

Pros: Aparrment is very clean and well furnished, location is perfect for my needs - close to the rowing cannal. Very easy check in with detailed instructions shared by chat by the hosts.

Pros: The apartment is clean, cozy, and very modern. The place is perfect for a group of friends or several families, as it has a separate entrance and all 17 apartments in the building are available for rent. There is a nice area for coffee or a drink, and the location is excellent – only a 3-minute walk from the Rowing Canal. It felt just like staying in a hotel, but at an excellent price for the space. The internet was fast and reliable. I would gladly stay here again!

Pros: Proximité avec la Canal Nautique de Plovdiv pour aller faire du sport ou se promener au calme. Sortie facile vers l'autoroute. Design, Calme, Propreté.

Cons: Ce n'est pas vraiment que je n'ai pas apprécié, mais j'ai eu l'impression au moment de la réservation qu'il y aurait une machine à laver, ce qui pourrait être pratique pour des voyageurs de passage rapide.
