Great location and wonderful facilities and food choices

Pros: We got the keys in the end but reception is very busy and 4 computers isn’t enough to serve a complex with a few thousand tourists.

Cons: Reception staff was kind but overwhelmed with tourist volume checking in/out or Viking to the lobby with various requests. This wonderful properties requires many more reception staff.
