Amazing and calm place

Pros: Excellent! The staff consists of some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. All our requests were resolved shortly, communication with the hosts is great. There is a supermarket right on the floor below, the hotel is in the perfect place for walking around the calm city of Samokov. We were seventeen people and we all enjoyed it greatly. Highly recommended, especially if you plan to ski on Borovets.

I recommend this accommodation.

Pros: The accommodation is located directly above a supermarket, about 10 minutes from the bus station. Parking was available right next to the apartment. Everything we needed was provided. I would like to thank the owner very much for allowing us to leave our car in front of the apartment for a few days (while we were hiking at the mountains). He also allowed us to check in early.

Pros: Clean warm and cozy apartments, with low cost fee, ideal for 1 or 2 nights if you want to use it as a base for mountain activities

Pros: Comfortable size new condition and beautiful apartman. Good quality, new and vast furniture and equipment.

Cons: Less no. of pots to cook within the kitchen utensils.

Recommeding!

Pros: It is quiet. It was winter so the heating was very good. It has floor heating in the corridor, which is very convenient if you are skiing. It has dishwashing machine, cooker and laundry machine.

Cons: It did not have sufficient dishes and cutlery.

Great spacey apartment.

Pros: A big apartment with many amenities clean and tidy. The location is great close to supermarkets. Big windows with tons of natural lighting to enjoy a morning coffee. I recommend.

Great stay, would recommend for a stay in Samokov or an alternative to Borovets which is just 10 min

Pros: Nice apartment, lots of storage and plug sockets etc.

Cons: seemed to be some kind of air con but not obvious where the air is coming from and not obvious how to switch it off.

Will visit again on next opportunity for our ski vacation

Pros: Perfect for skiing at Borovets with limited budget if transport is arranged. There is a mini market just in the same building. There are enough parking places. Lots of TV channels. The appartment is really big.

Cons: The dining table and the boiler are small. It is on the 2nd floor and there is only a freight elevator. The floor is not heated - bring your slippers.

Comfortable stay for quality price

Pros: Had all necessities, was clean and had supermarket downstairs

Cons: Couldn’t get the heater to work and host didn’t reply but it was okay
