Pros: Real good location in the city center, next to the pedestrian street. Comfortable apartment with everything you need for a stay.

Great apartment in a great location

Pros: Great location. Apartment had everything we needed. Easy to get keys. Quiet but close

Pros: Great and cozy apartment in a prime location! Definitely my go to when visiting Smolyan.

Pleasant stay

Pros: I liked that it was clean and warm. The kitchen had everything you need: sugar, salt, oil, spices. After a long journey, I was able to relax and have a cup of tea without having to go to the store to buy the necessary things. This was very important to me.

Cons: They should mention on booking that the pool does not belong to the property, it is a communal pool that you have to go to during certain hours and pay the entrance fee. We had no place to find tourist information. Some leaflets in the room with various tourist offers would be helpful. However, the owner was very kind and gave us all the details to have a pleasant stay.

Excellent spacious studio at a great location.

Pros: It’s an excellent spacious studio. Well furnished and the location is perfect. Communication was good and almost all the amenities were great.

Cons: Minor things like there was no coffee for the coffee machine as well as olive oil/sunflower oil.

Comfy apartment in a great location!

Pros: This was our first visit to Smolyan, so my friend and I decided to stay close to the center. The location of this apartment was perfect for that! We work remotely and thought we'd spent a week in Smolyan doing that. The WiFi was fast and reliable - I had not issues with Zoom meetings. The bathroom is spacious and modern (which is not a given when renting in Bulgaria so we were pleasantly surprised). The owner contacted me on the day-of to confirm our arrival and share the contact information of the person who will give us the key - that was appreciated. Pavlina was waiting for us when we arrived and helped us navigate to the parking (which is not by the building but nearby). One of us used the couch and thought it was pretty comfortable and there was plenty of bedding available. Overall, we had a lovely time exploring Smolyan and working from this apartment.

Cons: Though these are noted as included, when we arrived, there were no toiletries in the bathroom and only one toilet paper roll. My friend and I travel a lot and camp often, so we had our own items and didn't contact the host to ask for them. But if this is something you will need during your stay, I recommend confirming ahead of time or telling the host when you arrive. As I mentioned, the parking is not next to the building but nearby and it's a bit tricky. You have to be comfortable parking in tight spaces and on a hill (I'm guessing that's just a thing in a mountain town like Smolyan, so be prepared).

Pros: Апартаментът е с чудесна локация в Стария център на Смолян, много удобен и функционален, има всичко необходимо, включително столче за хранене и дори домакините бяха предвидили специални изненади за най-малките. Много е чисто и леглото е страшно удобно. С удоволствие бихме отседнали отново със семейството ми.

Приятно място

Pros: Апартаментът е много приятен. Има всички удобства, много добра локация в стария център на града. Банята е доста просторна и удобна.

Cons: Не е удобен достъпът за семейства с бебе в количка - има доста стълби до самата сграда и до самия апартамент. Трудно се намира място за паркиране.

Pros: Апартамент расположен в центре старого города, вокруг есть магазины, кафе, рестораны. Чистая, уютная квартира, есть бойлер, кофемашина, тостер, чайник, холодильник, фен, комнатные тапочки и дополнительные контакты подушек и одеял. Всё просто супер, обязательно буду рекомендовать

Cons: Отсутствие балкона

Pros: Комфортно, уютно , много добре обзаведено. Локацията е отлична също. Препоръчвам, бих се върнала отново без колебание!
