Black Box Studio

Pros: Stylish Apartment in a Gorgeous Location/Nature.

Pros: The atmosphere at Black Box Studio was incredibly pleasant—the interior is designed with great attention to detail, and the apartment itself is perfectly maintained. The complex also has a restaurant, and the surrounding area is ideal for peaceful walks in nature.

Pros: The stay was without doubt the best i have experienced. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and the view was superb. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We had only one request, and the owner spoke to me by phone within minutes - on Christmas Day! Everything was excellent. Also the Oak Residence staff were amazing, which added to the whole experience.

Cons: Absolutely nothing - although we should have brought some coffee and tea with us to the apartment. But it didn't matter as we ate in the hotel restaurant all the time

Pros: It’s nice and cozy studio. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and polite. The food was delicious 😋

Modern studio with beautiful view

Pros: The view from the room was incredible, the studio was warm, spacious and very clean.

Cons: We were not aware and not very pleased that the studio is part of a Family hotel. The spa center is a bit small considering the size of the hotel and we had to wait in order to use it. Also the fact that we did not receive bathrobes was not very welcoming.

Pros: The apartment well design it has a nice porch with the fields view.nice and comfortable shower together with the toilet room. Nice self service breakfast on a balcony with the garden and trees view. There is a small spa place with inside pool and 3 saunas ( dry wett and infra red) showers and dressing room. There is a small lake nearby so we can have a walk around it in the morning , nice surroundings. There was a nice guy how explain us everything in good English. Grate environment. We were lucky to see a wedding takes place in the hotel garden ( we have been told about it in advance).

Cons: The way to and from the apartments hotel is very long. The location is far from the summer attraction. Our apartment was on the 4th floor without an elevator and it was hard way to go up and down with the suitcases . I sweapt the floor after eating at the apartment and it seams not been sweapt before seams there was lots of send on the floor and there was not a shovel to collect the send . The kitchen was not adequately equipped . Not enough caps for coffee, glasses . no cutting knifes and cutting bord end salt .

Pros: La perfection n’existe pas mais c’était comme dans un rêve

Cons: Ce ne sont que des détails mais la connexion Wifi de la télé n’était pas bien. Peut-être c’est la météo ou c’est un problème technique qui ne dépend du propriétaire. Peut-être quelques ustensiles de cuisine en plus mais c’est personnel.

Pros: Много вежлива и услужлива собственичка. Всичко беше супер, апартамента е много удобен и има прекрасна гледка. Има ресторант и спа в комплекса, което го прави много удобно, понеже имахме всичко необходимо за почивката ни на едно място.

Cons: Няма такова.

Pros: Страхотно място - локацията, студиото, чистота, любезността на екипа, всичко като цяло! Изключително тихо и спокойно място, храната е невероятна. На 15 мин пеша са 2 от смолянските езера, както и екопътека, а на 15мин с кола е гр. Смолян. Определено си заслужават парите, гарантирана почивка и спокойствие.

Cons: Няма асансьор

Pros: * Съдействието от страна на Виктория преди и по време на настаняването * бохо дизайна * всичко необходимо за престой на семейство- посуда, печка, сешоар, хладилник, пералня, ютия. * прекрасна гледка от терасата

Cons: Няма асансьор до 3етия етаж, но гимнастиката по стълбите е за здраве.
