Trendy and stylish in city centre for business and leisure

Highly recommended

Pros: Apartment is very comfortable and ocation is great. The host is very nice and helpful and speaks good English, so it was easy to arrange the keys hand-over. Bedrooms are orientated towards the garden, there's no noise. 5th floor, fast lift. We also liked that there was a lot of cosmetics in the bathroom (probably left behind by other guests) so we didn't have to buy a lot of things. Tea, coffee and other things in the kitchen were a nice surprise too. We highly recommend this place.

Cons: Sheets were of synthetic material and towells quite old. This wasn't a big issue for us, but it could be improved to match the high standard of everything else in the apartment.

Pros: the apartment is in a wonderful location we had a business trip at speed and really comfortable to rest even though it is in the central area, the landlady is very hospitable a wonderful gesture of hospitality,

A hidden gem in Sofia

Pros: The apartment is great. Its spacious, clean, and it has all the small details like hand soap, coffee, towels in all the logical places. Everything is neat and fresh. Then my host Hermina was provided some bread, cookies, home made jam and water on my arrival. I felt immediately at home. I ended up staying an extra 4 days because I liked it so much.

Cons: There was no air-conditioning that still need to be installed I was told. But overall the stay was perfect

Edle Unterkunft mit wunderbarer Gastgeberin

Pros: Das Appartement ist sehr schick, aber wegen des vielen Holzes trotzdem gemütlich. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet, in der Küche könnte man problemlos ein mehrgängiges Menü für acht Personen zubereiten. Die Dame, die uns empfangen hat, war sehr freundlich und spricht ein hervorragendes Englisch. Wasser, Tee, Kaffee und Kekse lagen ebenfalls für uns bereit. Das Bad ist wie die ganze Wohnung sehr sauber und elegant, man findet dort alles, was man für die Hygiene braucht. Wir sind zwei Mal dort gewesen - nach unserer Ankunft in Sofia und vor unserem Rückflug. Beim zweiten Mal wurden wir sogar mit einer Flasche Wein begrüsst, und der Gehstock, den wir dort vergessen hatten, war sicher für uns aufbewahrt worden. Selten haben wir uns in einer Unterkunft so persönlich empfangen und begleitet gefühlt, ohne dass es übertrieben gewirkt hätte. Oh, und die armenischen Plätzchen waren unglaublich gut! Danke noch einmal dafür!

Pros: El recibimiento de la dueña, muy atenta desde el principio de la hora que llegábamos, muchos detalles dejándonos café, galletas y un par de detallitos. La cocina muy equipada, tenía todo lo que podías necesitar; el barrio estaba muy céntrico y muy a mano de todo. Muy recomendable.

Pros: Было очень чисто, есть абсолютно все необходимое. Большая просторная и светлая квартира. Нас встретила очень приятная женщина,которая все объяснила. Единственная проблема была с лифтом, он очень старый, а мы были с коляской. Но это не касается самого апартамент или его владельца.
