Stylish and cosy Gem

Great place for solo travel and work

Pros: The property is very conveniently located in the city centre, relatively quiet, very clean and fully stocked with necessary items. It was very easy to find and the host was very accommodating and friendly.

Cons: If anything was a miss was the lack of coffee machine but because of the location that was not really an issue since there are 2 cafes in less then 5 m from the entrance

Comfortable and convenient

Pros: The apartment is nice and convenient. It is very centrally located and I had a very comfortable stay in it. The apartment is on the ground floor and opens to a quiet interior courtyard. The kitchen has all I needed and it has a big window to the courtyard. I slept very comfortably in the bed as well. There is a nice enclosed shower in a room, the toilet is separated in a smaller room next to it. The host is also very nice, helpful and responsive.

Cons: Some things in the apartment are a bit dated, but they didn't affect my stay at all, I had a great stay.

Pros: The host Emil is super nice. The location is very good. Value for money.

Cons: The neighbours at the building are a bit loud. You could hear them shout across the entire day. Also the bed is a bit short in length (and I'm 1.6m..), but wide enough.

Pros: It's a small, cosy apartment located at the heart of Sofia downtown. I booked it for a friend of mine visiting from the UK. She really enjoyed her stay. It is beautifully designed and equipped with everything one may need for a short stay including air con, washing machine, clothes dryer and hair dryer as well as some coffee, teabags and spices. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops including some 24/7 ones in the vicinity. An ideal location for solo tourists or a couple as it is close to all major sightseeing spots in the historic center and places where many guided tours start. The host is very nice and welcoming.

Cons: Not necessarily a downside but just to be mindful that there is a small step to the kitchenette which might be a challenge for people with more severe mobility issues.

Pros: Host was very friendly and kind. He was very helpful with all the arrangements and questions. The location was very central and metro line very nearby. Shops and restaurants short walking distance! Definitely will be back!

Perfect place when visiting Sofia

Pros: The location is amazing. Close to everything yet it’s so quiet. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Cute kitchen that has everything you need. It also faces a nice garden that makes the stay even more relaxing. It almost makes you forget you’re in such a big city. Emil was a very nice host too. He was super personable, friendly and really easy to communicate with. It’s a great place to stay when in Sofia. I would definitely return.

Pros: The host Emil was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations for out first time in Sofia. The location was very convenient being right in the city centre, most places were within 20-30 minute walking distance.

Pros: Struttura accogliente ed in posizione comodissima per visitare la città. Host molto disponibile e cortese, attento a rispondere velocemente a tutte le nostre richieste. Super consigliato!
