Two Homelike Apartments by NDK and Vitosha Blvd with 2 Free Parking Spots

We had an absolutely amazing stay in the Heart of Sofia!

Pros: Both apartments in the heart of Sofia exceeded every expectation — they are modern, spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The location is unbeatable, right in the center but still quiet and comfortable. Having private parking in such a central area is a huge bonus. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful, making check-in and communication effortless. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the apartments truly felt like a luxury home away from home. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Sofia — we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent location right next to the downtown area. Calm neighborhood. Free and safe parking. Good value for money

Pros: Conveniently located in the heart of the city. Nice and calm neighborhood. Possibility to park your car(s) in a private and safe parking. Landlord’s readiness to help or answers your questions. There are two separate apartments, which can be great if you travel with different couples.

Cons: Some of the beds were not comfortable. Fort a short stay and if you do not have sleeping problems that’s okay though.

Perfect stay in Sofia

Pros: Two cozy apartments located at maybe the best street in Sofia city centre! Top location but still quiet and calm. Enough space for all of us we were a group of 6. Two parking spaces included in the price, helpful hosts and minibar:) Highly recommend for big groups and families!

Pros: We booked both apartments for a family reunion and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The location is absolutely perfect – central, yet quiet. Both places were spotless and beautifully maintained. It was so convenient having the apartments right next to each other, making it easy for the whole family to stay connected while still enjoying privacy. The hosts were responsive and helpful, and everything was exactly as described (or better!). Highly recommended for families or groups – we’ll definitely be back!!

Disappearing bedroom

Pros: Location, price, furnishings, nice and quiet, comfortable.

Cons: Toilet seat in one apartment was broken, no response from owners. More confusingly, the listing clearly stated each apartment had two bedrooms, and there were photos of all rooms. However, in one apartment the second bedroom was nowhere to be found! We just used the couch, but where had the second bedroom disappeared to???

Pros: Fantastic spot. Just everything you would expect to be done right is done right. Super cozy, in a great location, you can't get a better host. It's just impressive. And the small touches they leave for you are super nice.

Cons: Nothing bad. All good.

Pros: Comunicarea cu gazda s-a facut ușor. Explicațiile au fost clare. Am găsit in apartamente cam tot necesarul pentru cele câteva ore petrecute la locație.

Cons: Nu am stiut ca este o distanta de câteva sute de metri între ele. Pana la urma, nu a fost o problema. Deplasarea de la parcare la apartament a fost de câteva minute. Fiți atenți sa nu uitați ceva esențial in masina! 🤒

Pros: Great location in the very downtown, yet in a quiet street; cosy apartments with everything you need for your stay; hosts are helpful and provide detailed instructions; conveniently located free parking space just a few meters away.

Pros: Toate dotările necesare pentru un sejur de mai multe zile. Curat.

Cons: Sunt de fapt 2 apartamente separate, în 2 clădiri separate. Din descriere reiese ca e un singur apartament cu mai multe camere. Acest lucru pt noi a făcut un pic mai dificila șederea fiind un singur adult cu mai mulți minori. Nu ii puteam caza singuri într-unul din apartamente.
