Perfect Stay for Couples and Single Travelers

Pros: The location is excellent — conveniently close to a transport interchange, shops, pharmacies, a Happy Bar with a swimming pool, and a playground, making it perfect for families traveling with children. The city center is just one metro stop away. The apartment itself is very cozy and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I stayed there with my daughter for three weeks and truly enjoyed the experience. Ivan, the host, was incredibly responsive, responsible, and a pleasure to communicate with. Although the apartment initially lacked a clothes dryer and an iron, Ivan brought them over the very next day — a testament to his attentiveness and charm. Overall, this stay offers great value for such a prime location. I highly recommend it!

Cons: The only downside was the bathroom: it is combined with the toilet in a very small space and has no divider, which made showering a bit inconvenient. After each shower, I had to clean the area to be able to use the toilet comfortably. Since the apartment is on the top floor, it did get a bit stuffy in July, even with the windows open. However, the air conditioner worked very well and made a big difference. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was excellent, and the apartment offers great value for its location. I would definitely recommend it!

Pros: Удобно и чисто студио. Леглото беше много удобно, възглавниците също. Локацията е много добра, съотношението качество - цена също. Единственото което ме притесни беше, че банята е малка. Настаняването беше лесно имаше всички необходими инструкции. Студиото е на тихо и комуникативно място. Със сигурност отново бих го използвала при нужда от настаняване в София.
