Pros: La struttura è a due passi dal centro ma in una zona silenziosa, l'appartamento è molto accogliente e pulito, le stanze sono spaziose e il proprietario è gentilissimo e super disponibile.

Posizione strategica

Pros: Ottima posizione, struttura pulita e ben corredata.

Cons: L'appartamento aveva un bagno molto piccolo senza cabina doccia ma il vero problema era l'odore sgradevole che a volte si sentiva nello stesso forse dovuto ad un sistema di scarico imperfetto. Un'altro inconveniente è che l'appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore
