Комфортен

Pros: Чист комфортен апартамент на тихо място, има всичко необходимо за кратък престой. Артистичен, със скосяване и покривни прозорци. Скоро ремонтиран и приветлив.

Cons: Няма климатик, а денят беше горещ. Има грешка в описанието. В стаята беше малко по-топло от нормалното. Все пак изложението е северозапад, така че нямаше директно напичане.

Pros: Разположението на апартамента беше добро и имаше парко места навсякъде около сградата, както и хранителен магазин в близост.

Cons: Единственият недостатък беше липсата на комарник на прозорците.

Pros: avevo già alloggiato a maggio nel monolocale e l'ho trovato come allora funzionale sia a livello di posizione, per chi vuole vivere Studentski Grad ma anche per chi vuole visitare il centro di Sofia, basta prendere uno dei due bus il 94 o il 280, sia all'interno, letto comodo, appartamento silenzioso e vista dal lucernario davvero invidiabile. Nelle vicinanze ci sono alcuni minimarket aperti anche di notte e alcuni bar e ristoranti per una cena veloce.

Cons: rispetto a maggio scorso alcune cose dimostrano l'usura del tempo e forse sarebbe necessario qualche ricambio.

Cons: Нямаше климатик и самото място е доста далеч от центъра.

Pros: Студиото беше ок. Лелгото е удобно. Има къде да се спре с кола и има магазини в близост до студиото

Cons: Не бяха оставени никакви кърпи. В близост до леглото няма контакти.

Pros: Struttura nuovissima nel centro di Studentski Grad, la città universitaria, vicino ad un piccolo supermarket aperto fino alla mezzanotte e ad altri locali aperti fino a tardi. La possibilità di utilizzare il cucinino rende completamente autonomi, presente anche una lavatrice e una lavastoviglie. L'edificio in cui si trova è di recente costruzione e molto silenzioso. Facile l'accesso attraverso i codici e indicazioni chiarissime da parte dei proprietari. La consiglio a chi per motivi di studio e di lavoro deve soggiornare per un breve periodo a Studentki Grad, ma può essere anche una buona soluzione per girare la città di Sofia in libertà e ad un ottimi rapporto qualità/prezzo, vista la presenza di un paio di bus che collegano il quartiere al centro e alla vicina metro di Mladost.
