We enjoyed our stay in Cozy Heaven appartment a lot!!
Pros: Very nice appartment: spacious, nice furniture, good heating, clean and quiet. Easy-going and helpful host. Perfect location: all relevant locations in walking distance. I would highly recommend this place!!

Great stay and host!
Pros: The location and facilities were absolutely great! I stayed before in nearby rentals, but this one definitely exceeded the expectations!
Cons: The only issue was that it wasn't no announced ahead of the time of booking that the flat was on the 4th floor without elevator. It might be difficult to climb the stairs for persons with health issues.

Cool modern spacious flat in central location
Pros: Location was very central but quiet. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Tourist attractions also very accessible.
Cons: Lots of steps to 4th level! Entrance hall and stairwell was not very well kept and had rubbish littered outside one door.

A nice, centrally located place to stay at a reasonable price.
Pros: It was clean and nice, with a central location in the city. The interior was beautiful. I’d say it’s a perfect place to stay. Everything was properly equipped.
Cons: The building was a bit old and had no lift, so we had to climb the stairs to the 4th floor.

Overall, a wonderful place to stay, and we highly recommend it.
Pros: Our stay in this apartment was absolutely perfect. The apartment is large, spacious, and fully equipped for comfortable living — even beyond expectations. It features a cozy living room with a smart TV, two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious dining area, and a modern kitchen with all the newest and most advanced appliances. The bathroom is very pleasant, with excellent, strong water pressure. Heating was excellent throughout our stay, with both air conditioning and radiators that kept the apartment warm and comfortable at all times. The location is outstanding — right in the middle of Vitosha Boulevard, close to everything the city has to offer, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The apartment also has two lovely small balconies, one of which faces the main street, adding a very charming touch to the stay. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and always available via messages for any question or issue, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Cons: As for the downsides, the apartment is located on the fourth floor of an old building without an elevator, and the climb can be challenging, especially when carrying luggage. In addition, the bedrooms could benefit from more opaque blinds or curtains, as the rooms become very bright in the morning, which can make sleeping difficult.

Absolut empfehlenswert !
Pros: Die Lage und die Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr schön. Ich würde dieses Appartement immer wieder buchen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, die Schlafzimmer riesig, die ganze Wohnung strahlt eine Wärme mit aufgearbeiteten antiken Türen und Schreibtischen aus. Das ist etwa ganz besonderes .. Es war total ruhig und alles notwendige war vorhanden, auch in der Küche. Die Wohnung es überaus geschmackvoll renoviert. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.. Der Weg zum Viitosha Blvd , die lange Fußgängerstraße, ist vielleicht 70 m entfernt. Unten gleich befinden sich ein nettes Café. Man muss das Appartement etwas suchen, denn das Gebäude außen ist sehr alt, und man vermutet das Apt dort nicht unbedingt.

Pros: Spazioso, ben arredato, pulito e attrezzato. Vicinissimo a Vitosha Boulevard.
Cons: 4 piani senza ascensore, scala condominiale vecchia con cattivo odore di pipì di gatti.
