Pros: Очень хорошая, просторная квартира, нас было 6 человек , все разместились с комфортом. В день заселения не работал Wi-Fi так как была смена собственника, но на следующий день все подключили. Хорошее расположение рядом с центром. Не работала кофеварка и чайник, но думаю эти недочеты тоже устранят. В каждой комнате кондиционер, это очень спасало так как были в очень жаркую погоду. В целом все понравилось.

Cons: Можно заранее предупреждать о том , что первый этаж является нулевым и соответственно подниматься надо на один этаж выше, или о том что свет в подъезде включается при входе в него, ведь в разных странах все по разному и это будет полезной информацией. Самый большой минус отсутствие лифта !!!

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr zentral! Es ist in jedem Raum ein Klimagerät! Wifi funktioniert einwandfrei! Preis Leistung ist sehr gut! Strassenbahnhaltestelle fast direkt beim Haus!
