Comfortable ad large apartment fully equipped: perfect!

Pros: Excellent position, Spacious apartment comfortbale for 5/6 people. Contrary to what was written in other reviews, probably old, the stairs were well lit. Nice places for after dinner within minutes walking.

Pros: The motel is in the center. All rooms had AC and TV. The rooms were so clean. Everything was perfect. The owner was really kind and helpful. This is our second time here and we would like to stay again.

Superb stay

Pros: The location was excellent.. 1 min from the mosque and very very close to Serdica metro. The apartment was large, clean, well decorated and the host provided some toiletries and tea/coffee/snacks.

Cons: It’s a walk up but no issues

Pros: Beautiful apartment in the centre of Sofia Very responsive host, easy self check in Big apartment with nice interior

Cons: 3rd floor with no elevator, so expect to carry your luggages up :-)

had a very good stay Most of the attractions with in 10min walk

Pros: We stayed 5 nights with my wife and 3 adult children. Very clean and large apartment, Easy walking to most of the attractions and café /restaurants Host always reply to messages with in 5 min, and very helpful. Welcome wine, fruits and croissants were on the table 5 min walk to the Sardica2 metro (major hub) connects to Sofia airport

Cons: No elevator. Apartment on the third floor (Was ok except 1st day and last day as we had to carry 2 large suitcases and 2 small suitcases )

Pros: Upon arrival, the host was in contact with me via WhatsApp. She helped us out with parking outside the apartment and gave us all the locations for the Christmas markets and things to do with the kids. There were snacks and fruit upon our arrival. Very nice touch. Absolutely fantastic stay.

Pros: Big and beautful apartment located at a very good location. Closed to every sights of Sofia. Very nice host which was reallly helpful and very quick in communication in case if you asked for help

Cons: The stair (common area) up to the apartment is not clean. But there is nothing to do with the overall rating of this aprtment

What a find!

Pros: Fantastic location - around the corner from metro and 15 minute walk to the centre. Some lovely views of Vitosha mountains from veranda. Very spacious inside, quiet, very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was welcome! It's an old building and the apartment is on third floor. Anyone with accessibility considerations should take note of that. The host was super responsive, very helpful and obviously cares a lot about the apartment and making sure everything is right for guests.

Excellent stay. Good value for money

Pros: The apartment is spacious, modern and comfortable. Very clean and tidy. Just as shown. It has air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedrooms, which makes it more comfortable on very hot days. Location is very good. You can walk to visit the entire center in a few minutes. Supermarkets a few minutes away. Also metro 5 minutes away. The host, Ivan, was very attentive at all times and always available. I recommend it without hesitation.
