Fantastic facility and located so close to the city centre.

Pros: Fantastically equipped and close proximity to the city centre.

A cozy space with an amazing location.

Pros: The location is great and I really appreciate the parking space that’s available to book for free. I found the bed really comfortable and I think the apartment is cozy and well maintained.

Cons: I didn’t like the bathroom , the shower leeks water and it pools under the sink , that makes it not only uncomfortable but a slipping hazard.

Pros: Amazing location. Very central but very calm at the same time. Privite safe parking. Really nice apartment. Already few wears and tears, but overall really good place. Clean. Would definitely stay again

Cons: Communication. Instead of just recieving simple message with self check in instructions I had to make 2 phone calls and still took them almost 2 hours to provide the informations. Then when I got to.place I realised I never got information how to get through the main entrance. So phone call again. They were responsive every time but it was frustrating. I didn't like the mattress much but that could be personal preference.

Perfect location near the center with free parking place

Pros: The building with many apartments has a central location, free parking place inside the courtyard, very quiet street neighborhood. Definitely will stay again there in the next trips to Sofia.

Cons: Suggest to improve communication with clients before arrival as many messages remained unanswered and I had to call for clarification of details, however in the last day before arrival detailed instructions were sent through Booking chat. Would like to point your attention to some minor issues with facilities like entrance door to the building touching the ground during the opening/closing which is making bad impression for the guests

Nice place to stay în Sofia

Pros: Overall, we had a great stay! The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need to feel at home. It's well located, close to the city center, and the photos are accurate. Excellent value for money – we’d definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Cons: Parking could be better managed – there’s only one access card shared with other apartments, so we were asked to use the Coop Hotel parking nearby. It’s safe, but a bit of a walk with luggage. Also, the floor could’ve been cleaner, and a couple of small fixes are needed (the shoe cabinet and washing machine cover).

Pros: The location was just perfect! Free parking in central Sofia is also worth mentioning! New building, very friendly staff. Everything is walking distance, TV got paid the sports channels! Aircons are great.

Cons: Cleanliness in the shower room, toilet seat was broken, there was a dirty knife in the fridge! Kitchen was not much meant to be used… Some basics were missing! The lift was a bit confusing which floor should we go. Building’s entrance door was broken and hard to open! Mattress was far from good…
