Amazing property and host, love it so much
Pros: I had an absolutely amazing stay here. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed, making it feel comfortable and stress-free from the moment I arrived. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and easy. Most importantly, the host was truly sent from heaven, exceptionally kind, responsive, and helpful at all times, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Bulgaria.

Pros: Good location: the apartment is in a busy street, there's an Italian restaurant in the same building, nearby there's a pharmacy, grocery stores, other cafés. There's a tram stop within walking distance. We took a tram and got to the city center in 15 minutes. There is also a bus stop in Gotze Delchev Street, but we don't know where you can get by bus. The apartment is comfortable, it has nearly everything for a good stay. There was also a compliment from the owner: ground coffee. The building has no central heating, but there are 2 A/Cs, so it was warm. There was hot water all the time. The instructions for checking in were very clear, we got in without a problem. The residential building has only 4 apartments, and we didn't see/hear anybody, it seemed like we were the only people there. The building itself is nice and clean, and so is the patio.
Cons: This is NOT a 2 bedroom apartment, as it is said on booking.com. There is one bedroom and a living room which has a niche with a bed. The bed in the living room is not a double bed, it's a 1.5 bed. There is also a sofa, and my younger daughter slept there, but there were only 2 sheets, so we used a bed cover instead of it for the sofa. There were 4 of us, but we had 2 big towels and 2 small ones, instead of 4. The apartment was well repaired initially, but now it's a bit shabby, for example, the paint on the walls is chipping in some areas, and it needs slight renovation. The door in the bathroom doesn't slide smoothly but gets stuck nearly every time. The cupboard under the basin was dirty. There is a toaster in the kitchen, but it looked either rusty or dirty (or maybe both). We looked for an apartment with its own parking lot, but there isn't any! It's impossible to park in Gotze Delchev street, and there was no place to park nearby, everything was occupied by cars. Eventually, we found a place about 500 meters away.

Very good
Pros: Very nice stay. Apartment is perfectly located. It is very clean and has everything you need. There is a big park in a walk distance. The big food store is just on the opposite side of the street. Some cafeterias are very close. The building has a private territory. You can always park your car on the street just few meters away.
Cons: All was good.

Enjoyed not having door keys, very nice apartment, and well located
Pros: No keys - absolutely fantastic. The key code for the outside door leads into the garden area. The apartment entrance door had a really cool keypad on it. So all in all, I didn't need a key at any time, and never worried about losing keys :) WiFi worked very well most of the time, with only the occasional glitch. Rooms were comfortable and clean. For me, the location was excellent as I have friends who live within 5 minutes walk. For the metro station, it's a bit of a walk, but not too far.
Cons: Perhaps some egg cups would have been useful as I like to have boiled eggs and toast for breakfast some days. It would also be useful to have a teatowel to dry the pots. One thing I would have really liked was to have a bottle of milk and some water in the fridge for my arrival. My flight was delayed, so by the time I got to the apartment it was quite late, and the local shops were closed. I would have loved a cup of tea when I got there All very minor issues really, but things like that are important at times - especially having something to drink on arrival.

Große Wohnung mit guter Anbindung und schnellem Service
Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig. Besonders positiv war der schnelle und unkomplizierte Self Check-in. Bei ein paar technischen Problemen wurde sofort reagiert und alles schnell behoben – wirklich toller Service! Die öffentliche Anbindung ist sehr gut, man kommt problemlos überall hin.
Cons: Die Gegend wirkt etwas alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung..... Außerdem war in der Beschreibung von zwei Schlafzimmern die Rede – tatsächlich gibt es ein separates Schlafzimmer und das zweite Bett befindet sich im Wohnbereich.

Pros: O locație numai buna pentru cei aflați în trecere sau dornici sa exploreze Sofia. Legătura cu centru orașului este făcută facil, prin tramvaiul 27, a cărui statie se afla aproape. Apartamentul este ok, accesul se face pe baza codurilor trimise de proprietar. Se poate parca pe străduțele de lângă, nu este chiar ușor, dar se găsesc soluții, cu ajutorul sfaturilor primite de la proprietar.
