Great, not perfect.
Pros: the bed is really comfortable, most of all the location was one if the best!!!
Cons: the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. with those temperatures I’d feel that this should be top priority to fix it. opening windows is not the best as the location is between two big boulevards and the noise was too much.

Perfect location
Pros: The location of the apartments is amazing, one cannot wish better.
Cons: 1. They should fix the light in the hallway, because if someone closes the bathroom door, its completely dark since no windows there and you need your phone light to open your room door. Also if this is the first arrive for someone can be scary. 2. Only 1 electrical socket works, this needs a fix too.

Great value and location
Pros: The room is light, clean and cozy. Instructions sent from owner was good and detailed. Location is great also. The AC works well and temperature in property is satisfying. Actually it is not apartment, it is room with shared bathroom. I recommend this option for the value of it.
Cons: - we stayed there for 4 rainy days and from sharing hall you are directly going to your room, so the room’s floor got quite dirty, unfortunately there was no broom to clean the place. Also 1 day, after someone took a shower, smth got stuck in shower pipe and water did not flushed, so the whole toilet was in a foamy water, hopefully we left the room for whole day, so at the evening it was already ok, but still bit wet and messy. But there was no cloth to clean the toilet. - Netflix do not work, if smth played it is in Turkish and i coudnt switch to other language. - There was no colourful carpet and pillows as promised from pictures, but the room is still cool.

Great location.
Pros: Perfect location. Maybe 10 m from the entrance of the metro station. With a lovely view of Orlov bridge. There are a total of 3 rooms in the apartment and has a shared bathroom. There is a TV with Netflix, hairdryer and an iron in the room as well as plenty of towels and an electric cattle. Perfect if you are traveling for business. Best stay in Sofia so far.
Cons: Bathroom could be cleaner. The street is quite busy and loud, but you could expect it when booking a room in the center of the city.

It's a good location if you want to safe money for hotel and want to have clean place to sleep.
Pros: Check-in/check-out instructions were clear and easy to do. The room was clean and nice, especially for a hostel; the shower and toilet were shared. I didn't experience any difficulties with that - I even heard that my neighbors existed, but didn't see them :) There were enough such cafes and restaurants with tasty dinners and lunch. Metro was also pretty near to the location. I reached the walking boulevard Vitosha within 20-25 minutes by feet from the location.
Cons: There was one uncomfortable thing - I had to close the window and use air conditioning at night due to the prospect's noise. Another thing was - breakfast; it was pretty difficult to find someplace at 8 a.m. to have breakfast. Most cafes and restaurants open around 11 a.m.

Pros: Really nice view, great location. Perfect instructions on how to get into the building.
Cons: The shared bathroom was a bit dirty and ran out of toilet paper frequently.
