Breathtaking views above Sofia.

Pros: We arrived in the middle of a storm around 1am so it was quite difficult to find everything, but thankfully we were a group with phones and torches to locate the different things we needed. The place was amazing and really blew our minds. Thankfully we had a sunny day and had the pleasure of watching the clouds lift as the sun heated up the roads below. Stunning place.

Excellent for your short stay with friends on a roadtrip or business travel.

Pros: The host was very welcoming and understanding. The place is located in a building, which is empty at night, since the other apartments are offices. The massage chair was excellent. Also the refrigerator was quite nice, there was ice on demeand.

Cons: We couldn't find how to turn on the hot water and it was in the middle of the night, we decided to not call the owner. That's all on us, though, we should've asked in advance.

Little bit of luxury with some room for improvement

Pros: Spacious (for max. four people), rooftop patio with great views and massage chair.

Cons: Short on kitchen supplies, upstairs bathroom outdated and patio lightning+sunshade broken.

Pros: Well situated, nice top view, but maybe a bit forced usage of the terrace, helpful property contact.

Cons: Nothing to complain, but keep in mind there is no free parking available. You can park around the location during night, but you'll need paid parking for the day.

Pros: The apartment was beautiful and all the beds were really comfortable. The roof terrace was amazing in the beautiful weather, lovely place for breakfast in the mornings. There is a massage chair that we took full advantage of, as well as air conditioning throughout the whole apartment. The location was fabulous. Near to loads of shops and restaurants and only a short walk or tram ride away from the centre of Sofia. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Cons: If you intend to cook at the apartment, there were a few kitchen amenities missing, such as wooden spoons. However, this was not an issue for my friends and I as we ate out.

Pros: We really loved its location and the host is super!

Cons: It needs more utilities, like forks, spoons and so on.

A wonderful apartment in Sofia with a great potential for the most demanding guests.

Pros: Todor from Bulgarian Homes Real Estate was great. The apartment was very recently taken under his supervision and even being very beautiful, lacked a lot of little details and comforts for a long stay like mine. In no time he fixed everything and made me feel home.

Pros: Appartement met een geweldig uitzicht! Ook de locatie is fijn op maximaal 10 min lopen van de hoofdstraat. Er was airco in iedere kamer, een heerlijke massage stoel en een playstation die je kon gebruiken. Er was een technisch mankement waarvoor we contact hadden opgenomen met de eigenaar en hij heeft dit netjes opgelost!

Cons: De verlichting op het dakterras werkt momenteel niet
