Pros: Everything was great, very close to everything you need and very well connected to transport but most of the places are within walking distance. The host is very responsive. :)

Pros: Location was great for access to the heart of Sofia, metro, and NDK. The apartment had everything that I needed (except sugar) and was very spacious. Pictures on the website and other reviews were accurate.

Cons: Getting in to the building on arrival was challenging, as other stated. The key that opens the door to the apartment building turns in the direction opposite to what you would expect (to the right) and doesn't always turn at all. You have to jiggle the key around and pull it out slightly to get it to turn at all. Once it turns, turn to the right and it will release the door so you can pull it open. Once you figure this out, it's only a mild annoyance, but the first time can be very time consuming and frustrating. It was also a bit unclear whether or not to leave the shutters up or down or when to close them and some of them didn't close so there wasn't a lot of privacy (i.e., in the kitchen). You're on the second floor so it's probably unlikely that someone would break in, but I closed the shutters in the back of the house just in case.

Pros: Spacious apartment, many facilities as washing machine, dish washer, central location, smooth check-in, late checkout (12:00 h). But best was the impressive service: as soon as we had a problem, the staff responded almost immediately.

Cons: There were couple of problems that needed repairment, but were fixed as soon as we called. But overall, no negative experience.

“Would I stay in this apartment again?”. The answer is Yes

Pros: Location: close to the Metro, we were able to take the metro from the airport to apartment. Cafes, bakery, supermarkets are all within a few minutes’ walk. The public transportation system, trolley busses and metro are convenient. One minute walk away. We found the area safe and quiet. Apartment: Spacious, clean, fully functional kitchen, quiet and private. Although it was over 33C on some days it was not necessary to turn on the air-conditioning, opening the balcony doors at the front and rear of the apartment provided an acceptable cool air flow which was most comfortable.

Cons: I do not have any negative comments about the apartment or this trip.

Lovely apartment

Pros: Lovely large spacious and well equipped apartment only minutes walk to Vitosha boulevard with many bars and restaurants Alex the host was very helpful and quickly responded to any queries I had.

Cons: The door lock to the apartment was a little problematic when I arrived late the first night, I spent several minutes trying to open the door, playing around with the key until I eventually got lucky and the door opened. When trying it out the next day I found out you need to pull the door towards yourself and it will open with ease. I had no further problems with it after that. When leaving the building I was using the key to open the door onto the street until a friendly lady in another apartment showed me a push button switch at the bottom of the stairs on the left to open it. There are 2 balconies but they are both overshadowed by high trees with little direct sunlight. These are not meant to be negative comments, just information. I have no problem with recommending this apartment.

Cozy place to work

Pros: Apartment is spacious with very comfortable living room. Kitchen have some basic miscellaneous for cooking, including oil, salt, pepper and etc, dishwasher and coffee maker. Wifi was stable and location is amazing. Clean sheets, clean towels, overall clean apartments. Alex, the host was very attentive! I already recommended it for my friend!

Cons: The coffeemaker was kinda broken, anyway u still can use it.
