Great location, nice design

Pros: Excellent location, close to many interesting sites in the city center. Few minutes from Nevsky church and from the Sofia University. Just 15 min. by taxi from the airport. Nice design of the room with all necessary gadgets, including the coffee machine. The owners responded very quickly to my messages. Easy pick of the keys. Reasonable price. All together very good impression.

Lovely city centre apartment

Pros: Location was perfect, close to a metro & other transport options. It was opposite a nice park with a few bars and restaurants nearby. Close to the city centre so you can walk to most places. The area felt safe and even though you were in the centre you couldn't hear any noise from the apartment. The apartment was clean, modern and felt homey. The kitchen had everything you might need, the coffee machine and pods are a great facility. Bathroom was clean & the shower was hot with good water pressure. We found the bed was super comfy and had no trouble sleeping. Our host was friendly and sent us lots of useful information before we came, even had instructions on how to use things like the TV and coffee machine which is great if you're not familiar with that type. They also checked in by message to ensure everything was ok.

Great apartment in a nice location near the center of Sofia.

Pros: The building is in a great location, walking distance to everything you need. The apartment itself is newly furnished and clean. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The communication with the host was fast and easy.

Cons: It would be great if you had a bottle of water, coffee, and tea packets available when you checked in.

Clean and modern studio with all the top places of interest within few minutes walking distance

Pros: The location was outstanding, every possible interesting spot was at walking distance (The number one spot, the Alexander Nevsky cathedral is literally across the street). And the studio is close to so many good traditional restaurants. The building itself from the outside looked nice, but on entering at first, it made us feel uneasy. But, from the positive side, it is in fact an original place, an original retro entrance, with an amazing elevator and a very nice banister. It just adds up to this unique atmosphere, so once hooked up, nothing bad about it. To get to the place and the contact with the owner who asked one day after our arrival if all was at wish was a plus point as well.

Cons: Negligible as being anything negative, was that there was no towel to clean the dishes (but I admit, if I had asked this in the beginning of the week, no doubt the owner would have foreseen one, very sure about that). To continue.....well nothing else, :-) so taking all that into consideration, do not hesitate to book this place for a fantastic visit in Sofia.

Great place in the heart of Sofia close to everything

Pros: Facilities and location are both excellent. Check-in and check-out are seamless experiences.

A perfect place in the heart of Sofia

Pros: This is honestly one of the best stays in Bulgaria I've had. It's a small apartment with a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom, very well designed and very comfortable for a single person, or a couple. It's easy to find, the keys are easy to get and you get a welcome booklet. The location is right in the middle of Sofia and easy to get there.

Cons: There is no sofa, but this is ok if you are in for a short stay.

The building is old and feels weird/scary, but the price was low, therefore it was fair.

Pros: The location of the building is perfect, central and safe. There are places to get take away food and a convenience store very close which is open very late. The apartment is also spacious, with all typical equipment (i.e., hair dryer, toiletries, etc.).

Cons: The building is very old and a bit spooky, especially if you arrive very late in the evening. The elevator is extremely old, I arrived very late in the night and stopped between floors (fortunately it worked to go back to ground floor, but was a bit scary in the old, dark building). Also, there is no sign at the apartment door to indicate that this is the moca apartment, which is unsettling when you have to try open the door at 2 in the morning thinking that it might be the wrong one.

Unique and comfortable apartment in historic Sofia

Pros: Clean and comfortable! Great location for Metro; plenty of restaurants and unique stores within walking distance. Landmarks and historical sites all close by. Quiet building. Police presence/box very close by along with embassy.

Cons: Apartment is modern and clean, but travellers should know that that this is an older (Communist era) building that has not been updated in some years. Flexibility in finding right floor, operating small elevator, etc is necessary.

Nicely renovated apartment with great location.

Pros: It's a nicely renovated studio apartment with a great bathroom. Well-located. Has a balcony though it doesn't look out on anything special.

Cons: No dishwashing detergent, and no clothes detergent for the washing machine. Though this seems to be a common problem in rented apartments!

Pros: The room its self is very nice and good space, has everything you need and is in a great location the hosts check up to make sure they can resolve any issues and that you are okay. The balcony is nice for light and for sitting out (but there is not a great view or anything). park with some friendly bars outside, monuments pictured are nearby.

Cons: The entranceway isn't nice and the lift looks terrible, the balcony doesn't have a nice view of the monuments, just the back street but there is good light from it.
