Pros: The hosts were fantastic from start to finish. Easy check in. During my stay they were always helpful with recommendations and guidance. This really helped as this was my first visit to Bulgaria. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures. Clean modern. Quite location. Parking was arranged for me by the host round the corner at the petrol station.

Good apartment

Pros: We really liked the apartment. It is located 15mins walking distance from the strict center of Sofia. The parking is located around 20-30 meters from the apartment, at the petrol station. Apartment is tidy and well-equipped. We really liked it there!

Pros: Reserved parking spot for 5 Euros a day at the gas station 40m from the entrance of the apartment building. It's very difficult to find a parking spot so close to the center of the city.

Very sattisfied!

Pros: It is on a quiet neighbourhood relatively close to the city centre. There are trams and metro station near by, very convenient. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The mattress is on the soft side, but that's just for me, I prefer stiffer mats. Clean, quiet, warm, with plenty of hot water. There are bakeries and the Sofia Mall nearby (5 min walking distance). Parking was great too. We can't find anything wrong. When I visit Sofia again, it will be my first choice.

Pros: Great location, near to metro, near to mall, (5' minutes walk), 15 minutes walk to the centre of the town, Also nice building, with cheap parking , 20 metres away, Very nice bathroom and nice beds The owner is very kind and always responds quickly!!! Easy in with the keys and very good wifi! Very close to gas station as well

Excellent apartment.

Pros: Excellent clean and comfortable apartment. Well appointed and styled. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s around a 20 minute walk into the main town area, but trams etc are very easy to use. Metro station is also very close.

Cons: The building walls are very thin.

Genuinely one of the best places to stay in Sofia, guarantee it 10/10

Pros: I couldn't be any happier, thank you ever so much. It exceeded my expectations. Location of the property is perfect. Very quiet and safe especially at night time. It's a 5min walk to the tram/bus and taxi stand, 8min walk to the metro. Grocery stores and restaurants are around the corner plus you have a mall nearby. The apartment felt so homey and clean and the hosts incredibly accommodating. The home was fully stocked up in case you need to use the washing machine or do some cooking. Immediate responses on any questions I had even suggested recommendations on things in the area, also allowed us a very late checkout. Thank you ever so much Mihail, after a week's stay at your property i don't think i could stay in hotels again. This was so much better in every way. I would definitely come again.

Cons: Nothing to fault.
