Cosy and warm

Pros: A modern studio with the mod cons to make it an easy self catering stay including an iron and washing machine. I enjoyed the filter coffee and honey to hand. The place is clean and tidy. The door is very secure and there's a motion detection light as you walk in. The TV and WiFi works well. Nice and quiet block. Not too far from town and good transportation links.

Cons: The bathroom was a wet room so literally everything is soaked when using the shower. Which makes you question whether the washing machine should be in there lol. An occasional foul smell filled the communal entrance area. The bed was comfortable but I found the pillows could've been better.

Excellent value studio close to the main railway station

Pros: I needed a place close to the main railway station and it is, despite this the property is in a quiet and pleasant location. It's an ideal self contained secure apartment. The studio is fine for one person, with a comfortable single bed / sofa. Armchair and small dining table / desk. TV with all the usual 100s of channels. Useful kitchen with a fancy coffee machine (which I didn't use but I'm sure is great). Big fridge, oven, hotplates and utensils so can self cater easily if you wish. Clean modern bathroom. Wifi very good. Excellent value!

Cons: All very good. Keys were in a key safe which I'm never comfortable with in case I can't work it out but the proprietor was excellent in providing guidance so proved no issue. Lots of locks but once I got the hang of it all straight forward. The bathroom is a wet room, worked exactly as they are supposed to, I'm just not a big fan of them. No complaints really. Would certainly use again.

Pros: The apartment is fantastically designed for its size and very comfortable. The air conditioning works perfectly. It’s equipped with absolutely everything you might need, including a well-stocked kitchenette, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, and a drying rack. The apartment is very well-maintained, recently renovated, and spotlessly clean. The location is also extremely convenient – right next to a secured parking area and very close to the city center. The host is helpful and easy to contact. I can honestly highly recommend this place!

Pros: Conveniently located near the Central Railway station. Basic comfort but still good value for money. Easy communication with the owner. The room is small but was nicely decorated and clean.

Pros: La ubicación perfecta, cerca de la estación de trenes de Sofia, El anfitrión es muy amable, nos dejó hacer el check in antes de la hora prevista, traíamos equipaje y debíamos dejarlo en el apartamento antes de iniciar nuestra experiencia por la ciudad. Check in facil.

Pros: Todo, cercano a la estación de metro. Puedes cocinar tus propios alimentos, buen internet. Camas cómodas. Buena televisión. A pasos de ka estación de buses...nos permitieron um check out un poco mas tardío.

Very good option

Pros: The apartment was warm and cozy. There were all the basic necessities. Spacious and luminous. Smooth check-in, communication with the host was 👍 The location is great if you travel by bus or railway, a little bit more distant from the touristic area, but met my expectations completely. Good value for money
