City Apartments

Pros: A very cosy apartment. The bedroom is large with wardrobe. Comfy bed. Extra pillows in wardrobe. Very well equipped kitchen with washing machine. Comfy sofa and TV in the lounge. Nice bathroom. Good location. Host very communicative on WhatsApp.

Great stay, excellent location

Pros: Location is great. 5 mins walk to the main boulevard. Two decent size bedrooms with separate lounge and then kitchen/diner. AC in all rooms. Lift is available but there are still 5 steps between the lift and the front of the property. Not an issue for us but maybe to those with accessibility issues.

I recommend this property with flying colours.

Pros: Location was superb—close to the tram and bus stops, the pedestrian area, a convenience shop, and situated in a safe neighborhood. The apartment had a lift, which was very important for my travel companion who has some mobility issues. The 3rd floor apartment also had two separate, spacious bedrooms with balconies, along with a large living area, kitchen, and dining space. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a fridge, toaster, and kettle. Host was very helpful as he remained in contact through WhatsApp in case we required anything. In fact he also booked us a taxi for our return trip to the airport.

Cons: Because my friend had some mobility issues, a shower would have been more convenient for her to use rather than a bath tub but as I said this was only because of her condition that she found it difficult to use the bath tub. Otherwise all good. In fact apartment has a bathroom as well as a spare toilet which makes it ideal to be rented out for more people.

Comfortable and convenient stay

Pros: Very convenient stay in a great location in Sofia. Very accommodating and helpful host. Perfect for a group trip.

Cons: There were damages to the apartment from previous occupants but this was out of the host’s hands and sorted out within 24 hours of our arrival.

Super will definitely return!

Comfortable apartment in a fantastic location!

Pros: The apartment is in a great location- just minutes to the tram stop, about 3 blocks from the pedestrian street where you’ll find many bars and restaurants. But the apartment itself is not on a busy street- it was very quiet. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped, there’s a sitting room and a huge bedroom (and of course a bathroom). There is also a small but pleasant balcony where you can have your morning coffee. Stella the host was very responsive and helpful!! Recommend

Cons: Personally I would have liked thicker curtains in the bedroom to block out the ambient street light.

Pros: It was not only clean but very cosy. We all enjoyed the place. Everything worked fine. The place is I amazing. Not far away from the subway, restaurants, bars, market, bakery and much more. I highly recommend this place.

Pros: We had a GREAT time in this apartment. The place was very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. From the balcony, you could see the mountain (which was covered in snow at the time). If you keep the window closed, there is no noise at night. The kitchen has everything you need. The apartment is close to the famous shopping street, so you can find places to eat or just hang out. Stella was a great host.

Cons: I have nothing negative to say. I have such nice memories of both the apartment and the city.

Pros: This is a lovely, comfortable apartment in a great location, with an exceptionally friendly, helpful host.
