Great location. OK for a short stay.

Pros: Great location, available parking, nice place - living room and bedroom can accommodate a family.

Cons: The place was a bit run-down, the bathroom could be better maintained. There were a few open utility holes in the walls. The property was too heated as well.

Perfect stay in sofia center

Pros: The apartment is clean and spacious. 2 balconies is a treat. Very close to metro and bus and shopping center with bila supermarket. The parking was very helpful and close by

Cons: No simple cloths- floor mop, bathroom over flows, kitchen towel, mop. I asked for that but was ignored. Exept that- perfect. No explanations how to use a chip, first time took us long time to figure that out

Pros: Overall, I rate our stay very positively. The main advantage of this accommodation is that it is close to the center, but at the same time in a quiet area. We had no problem sleeping with the window open. All information and instructions were clear and simple. The garage (as mentioned in other reviews) is a bit scary. If someone wants to film a short horror movie, the location is perfect 😂 No, I'm kidding, it's not that terrible. It would definitely be worse to park on the street. The accommodation facilities are also of a high standard. We didn't miss anything. Thank you and best regards.

Pros: The apartment is new and has all the comforts of home, comfortable beds and clean sheets, it is located 2 minutes from the metro station and 15 minutes walk from the main pedestrian street of Sofia, also very close to a super market, another positive feature is that it has a closed underground parking lot 150 meters from the building. Communication with the owner was impeccable.

Pros: Great location, quiet neighbourhood, both the building and the flat were clean and well maintained. Good communication with owners. I booked a stay for 9 days. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper left, for more You have to pay extra.

Pros: Very close to the NDK, just10 min on foot, apartment is very nice, comfortable, clean. If you are traveling by car, you will have free underground parking space, parking is very close to the building , it's extra safe. I highly recommend this apartment because it fulfill all my expectations.

Pros: I stayed in a modern one-bedroom apartment in Lozenets, Sofia, and loved it. The apartment was spacious and well-furnished, with the added bonus of a free underground garage. The nearby metro station made getting around the city easy, and the quiet, upscale neighborhood had plenty of cafes and shops. Highly recommended for comfort and convenience!
