Nette moderne Wohnung, aber nicht wirklich ruhig

Pros: Eine sehr schöne, helle und moderne Wohnung, zentral gelegen, gleich gegenüber dem Kulturpalast, was jedoch sowohl Vor- als auch Nachteile hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, das Wohnzimmer mit einem Balkon und einer fantastischen Aussicht auf den Kulturpalast. Großes gemütliches Bett. Das Badezimmer wurde bereits hier kritisiert, ist tatsächlich winzig und nicht mehr das schönste, uns hat es aber nicht wirklich gestört.

Cons: Da die Wohnung gegenüber dem Kukturpalast liegt und dieser in der Nacht beleuchtet wird, ist nachts im Schlafzimmer trotz der Vorgänge immer noch ziemlich hell. Aber am meisten hat mich ein ziemlich starkes permanentes Dröhnen gestört, besonders im Schlafzimmer, da sich unter dem Kulturhaus, wie sich herausstellte, eine unterirdische Straße verläuft, und man nimmt den Verkehrslärm in der Wohnung wahr. Leider sind auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern der Lärm und leichte Vibrationen spürbar und hörbar.
