Pros: Location is so good. So interior home really interesting and beautiful.

Pros: The place is amazing, a lot of effort was put to arrange the inside to give it a soul. The design makes it definitely a unique place that we would come back to!

Cons: The shower makes the whole bathroom wet no matter how hard you try :)

Lovely apartment in the centre of everything

Pros: The property itself is unique. You can see how much effort was put into each and every detail. The area is lovely full of really nice restaurants, coffees. The street is really quiet and would recommend it. The apartment is in walkable distance to most of the popular places in Sofia.

Pros: Absolutely lovely with excellent location. We have been travelling for a while and this is the best place we have stayed. Like a mini museum, we learnt so much just being in the flat. Very clean, you have everything you need, including washing machine. 10/10. Thank you!

Brings me back in time and a very comfortable and relaxing stay

Pros: Very artistic and Gery is a very nice host. The house is super comfortable and very cool! We had the best time in Sofia.

Recommended for solo travelers or couples

Pros: Good location. Spacious. Nicely decorated. Check-in instructions were clear. Host was helpful. You have all the amenities you will need such as a washer and a drying rack.

Cons: There is a bad smell coming from the bathroom, I suspect its curtain blinds for the shower. Maybe its time to change them out..

Pros: - Really cool interior design with lots of small 'easter eggs' - Great and easy communication - Good location - Everything included (even espresso machine, panini maker, washing machine with detergent, etc)

Cons: Really good accomodation. Only minor things that weren't perfect - bed was generally fine, but could've been a bit more comfortable - no power outlet in the bathroom

Great little apartment in a central Sofia, perfect for exploring the city.

Pros: Central but quiet location. The apartment is very clean and we enjoyed the soviet style decor. It is great to have the kitchen for family stays. Gery was an excellent host, kindly helping with train tickets and other aspects of our trip. We enjoyed visiting the Aleksander Nevsky cathedral, the St Nedelya church, the Red Flat and the Earth and Man museum with giant crystals. We took the night train to Istanbul.

Cons: The sofa bed was not the most comfortable for two people.

Great Apartment in a lovely area!

Pros: Great apartment in a great area! Gery is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. Incredibly easy check in process and the pictures are accurate - in fact I think it looked better in person! The apartment has everything we needed and much more! We really enjoyed sitting and listening to the records! The area is lovely, quiet, good restaurants and coffee very close by and easily walkable to Sofia old town.

Simply perfect

Pros: I totally recommend this place! Everything is perfect and it's exactly as it looks like in the pictures. The apartment is only 10 minutes far from the city centre, in a quiet and safe area of the city. This is more than a simple house, is a unique cultural and artistic experience. For the very first time I found something really perfect in every detail. We would like to thank Ivo and Gery for the help in our arrival (we landed at 3 a.m.) and for every kind suggestion on what to visit during our journey. It was a real pleasure, hope to see you soon again!
