Overall, we felt very comfortable and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Sofia.

Pros: Lovely apartment – spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Great location, close to everything.

Cons: There was a delay with receiving the key code, and we could get it only after calling the agency.

Pros: The apartment was in a lovely place, was very clean and had all the important things. There were a lot of shops, cafes and a pharmacy near the building. The apartment was in the heart of the city. We stayed there for a week and really loved the experience!

Pros: Location is amazing, property is cosy, spacious, clean and excellently maintained.

Cons: Everything was great

Great apartment, frustrating management company

Pros: The apartment was great. It was very comfortable, roomy, quiet and situated in a superb central Sofia location. The apartment included comfortable beds, nice bathroom (including a shower door so water did not spray all over the bathroom!), decently stocked kitchen, good wifi, and a pleasant garden view. Know that it is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator

Cons: Flataway management is described on the internet as 'helpful' but I felt they were quite frustrating to deal with and frankly will avoid staying in any apartment they manage in the future. Customer service/communication is via 'Alex' a virtual assistant on the Booking.com chat function. He only delivers generic answers. Then, if you need to speak to a human, they are located in some central office and also respond with generic answers. When pushed, they will delve down a level to give you an answer that specifically relates to your request.

Pros: L’appartamento era molto bello e la struttura ha un bel potenziale, era anche pulito e Alex è stato molto cordiale

Cons: il problema principale é il condominio, le scale sono vecchie e con puzza di muffa insistente

Pros: Duże i wygodne mieszkanie, czysto i schludnie. Kuchnia i łazienka wyposażona w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Smart tv, blisko centrum, na dole jest urocza, niewielka knajpka. W okolicy sklepy, restauracje, bary, jednak w mieszkaniu cisza i spokój. Polecam :)

Cons: Warto zaznaczyć, ze mieszkanie jest na 4 pietrze bez windy. Dość skrzypiąca drewniana podłoga w kuchni.

Pros: Всичко беше вълшебно, повече от очакванията ни! Апартамента беше много уютен, много чист, подреден, топъл, тих, имаше всичко необходимо до най- малкия детайл. Изключително доволни сме! Местоположението е топ! Всичко беше на една ръка разстояние. На 1 мин. сме на Витошка, на 5 мин.сме на НДК. В близост има големи супермаркети! Постоянно домакина си кореспондираше с нас дали имаме нужда от нещо. Това вече е нашето апартаментче в София. Не исках да си тръгвам. Наистина! Влюбени сме в него!❤❤❤ Препоръчвам горещо.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Pros: sehr zentral, aber ruhig, moderne neue Einrichtung.

Cons: Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre sicherlich nicht schlecht, v.a. wenn mehr Leute da wohnen würden.

Pros: Die Lage ist super. Die Wohnung hat viel Platz. Es sind einfach viele Treppen, das sollte man wissen.
