Comfortable flat with nice terrace reasonably close to the metro and nice choice of restaurants

Pros: Comfortable apartment with nice terrace and small but functional shower room. Comfortable bed. AC in the living room. Neighbourhood looked a little run down but was actually ok...lots of families and restaurants in 15 min walk once I found them. Opalchenska metro exit few blocks away and has a lift. Apartment on 6th floor with a lift. Good communication from owner.

Cons: Pillows, a few more hangers, comfortable chair on terrace, shower drain very slow.

Great apartment

Pros: Host was very responsive, check in and out very easy, apartment was very well equipped and a big sunny terrace. 15 minute walk to mall and excellent restaurant and grocery, and market. 35 minute walk to sightseeing area, pedestrian walkway, court house and cultural area.

Cons: Future suggestions: a few restaurant suggestions and directions left in suite for guests. We found an excellent one close, but just by chance walking down an alley type walkway under a chili pepper neon sign. Was amazing food.

Pros: The staff was very responsive and helped with personal issues (not related to the apartment). Fast communication, and engagement. Quiet area. A spacious terrace with a view of the mountains and the city. Perfect price for value.

A very pleasant stay

Pros: Nice and cozy flat, very well equipped, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, with a terrace. Not far from Opalchenska metro station (close to Serdika). Tsveta is a very kind owner. A very pleasant stay!

Pros: Very clean apartment in a great location. Close to everything and not noisy. Big balcony. Good shower and kitchen has everything you need. Owners very friendly and helpful. Try Contessa restaurant in the park down the road. 😋

Прекрасное место для отдыха всей семьей!

Pros: В квартире понравилось абсолютно все, есть все необходимое для проживания, все гармонично уютно. Больше всего впечатлила большая терраса с видом на горы.

Cons: Все было идеально, я бы добавила шезлонг на террасе. Но даже и без него мне удалось позагорать, и получать удовольствие от ранних утренних завтраков и кофе с видом на горы и красивую Софию
