Lovely 1 bdr apartment in Sofia city center

Fair price for a simple but well equipped apartment in a good area

Pros: Very uncomplicated owner, everything went smooth and easy. Thank you for the welcome snacks. Good location, Mini Markt just at the corner, food range to a nearby park, restaurants and hospital nearby. The apartment had everything needed for a long term stay, including washing machine which was a huge plus

Cons: 4th floor without elevator. Only one key, which was a bit difficult as I had to go to work while my son wanted to go out at different times.

Pros: Very good and peaceful location, close to the center, clean, cozy with everything a person needs in the apartment, it is very comfortable for me I am very satisfied .

Pros: It was super warm and very well maintained. We appreciated the coffee and tea. Also the host was super helpful and kind.

Pros: Чудесно местоположение, отзивчиви домакини и много добре звукоизолирано. Мястото е оборудвано с всичко необходимо за комфортен и уютен престой. С удоволствие бихме посетили отново.

Cons: Всичко беше прекрасно.

Pros: Without central heating it was cold first night. Location is good, everything is fine.

Pros: Прекрасен апартамент с уникално разположение. Въпреки, че пътуването беше за работа, благодарение на местоположението на апартамента успяхме съвсем спокойно да разгледаме София. Наблизо има всичко необходимо.

Pros: ציק אין קל ופשוט, הוראות ברורות , מרחק הליכה כ10 דקות משדרות ויטושה והמטרו , דירה נקיה ומאובזרת , כל מה שהיה כתוב בהזמנה היה בדירה , קומה רביעית ללא מעלית אבל לנו זה לא הפריע , היה אפשר להוסיף טלוויזיה בחדר שינה הזוגי , המחיר היה שווה את מה שקיבלנו , ממליץ מאוד תודה רבה על האירוח

Great location, clean apartment, lovely hosts!

Pros: I booked this apartment for my parent's visit to Sofia - the location was perfect for the purpose of their trip, and is also a walking distance to NDK , Vinoshka Street and all sightseeing. The apartment was clean, with a renovated bathroom. The separate shower enclosure is a bonus feature, hard to find in Bulgarian buildings. There are two single beds and a double bed. My parents reported that they used the double bed and it was comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with everything they needed. I am grateful to the hosts, who were extremely responsive, and checked with me on my parent's comfort and wellbeing during their stay. The instructions were clear enough for two elderly people to follow, retrieve the key, gain entry and find the apartment. The higher floor was not an issue for my parents, since they had little luggage and live in a building without an escalator. I would consider staying in this apartment when visiting Sofia.
